I get this error when PS6 update finishes on my Mac: Error log file location: /Library/Logs/Adobe/In
So it goes with the update download and set up then the error. This is through the Adobe App Manager. I purchased a Cloud Sub 2 days ago. I've tried 10 times now and still the same error. This is frustrating for sure.

Did you ever find a solution? I am in sort of the same boat. I even had an Adobe rep try to help me. For some reason my Adobe App Manager does not work on my Macbook. It orginally did but one day it just would not launch. After numerous attempts of uninstalling and re-installing without success, the only workaround solution was to create another user on my Macbook and install the Application Manager on that user's account. I can then download the apps / programs and updates from there. When I log out of that user and back into my main account the Adobe programs work....well most of them. I have noticed that certain programs, like Muse will launch and work correctly under my second user account but it will not luanch without error on the main account.
The fact that no one at Adobe seems to be able to provide a solution is frustraing. Everything worked fine one day, then its all messed up. Switching users is not an ideal solution at all.

Can someone help out. I'm getting this message when i try to download. The product distribution file could not be verified. It may be damaged or was not signed.

Anyone else getting this message when downloading updates?
"This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled." I used my same Apple ID to download Yosemite and now I get this message when I click the UPDATE button for iMovie, Keynote, Pages, and Numbers. Anyone have any idea what (or why) I'm getting this message. I get it ONLY on the Apps Store site. My Apple ID works fine in all other areas.
As I understand it, you would need to go back before Mavericks. Such as, wipe your Mac and install a clone of your old Snow Leopard installation. Make sure the old iWork apps were installed and upgrade to Mavericks.
What occurred when I upgraded from Mt Lion to Mavericks, is the MAS detected my installed iWork '09 apps, alerted me to available updates and presented the Mavericks versions of iWork in the Purchases pane for me to accept into my account. After I accepted them into my account, it then proceeded to install the Mavericks versions in the Apps folder and at the same time sequestered my previously installed iWork '09 apps in a folder in the Apps folder named iWork '09. Later, when I upgraded to OS X Yosemite, the MAS alerted me to upgrades for the Mavericks iWork apps and updated them to the Yosemite versions. -

I don't know the exact fix for your problem, but there is a thread on the Microsoft answers page that talks about this error message being related to a particular key.
And if you remove that key, you can fix Windows update. See below for the detailed information and scroll to the bottom to see where someone found the fix:

I am now getting an error when I update my CS6 suite. Error Code: U44M1U5
This has also caused my Adobe Acrobat IX to stop responding.
What other information would be helpful? I am running Windows 7. I have uninstalled Creative Cloud Photoshop and re-installed it and I am still having issues with my "Save for web" option which is the "export" section of my action. As you can tell I am not the best at explaining the technical aspects of things, so any help or ideas would be spectacular if possible! I have absolutely no idea what to do.

I've been having the same issue! I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling ADE but that hasn't helped; I've even created a new Adobe ID and that was also a fruitless venture. I haven't yet tried to unauothorize my device, but I am hesitant to do so as it seems that others have tried and have not succeeded. I am desperately caught in the middle of a series and I would love to have access to the new books that I've been trying to download from my library!

I am running Windows 7 . It happened without any changes being made. I downloaded the install file several different times and even turned off my Kaspersky A/V when I installed.
Perhaps try downloading and saving a copy of the installer to a different (64-bit) PC. Copy the iTunes64Setup.exe installer to an external hard-drive, or a large-enough thumb drive or burn it to a CD-R. Carry the installer back to your PC, copy the installer to your hard drive. (Don't run the install from the ExHD, thumb or CD-R.) Start the install by doubleclicking the iTunes64Setup.exe file.
Does that go through any better for you? -

trying to rent a movie and error message pops up saying "item cannot be downloaded on this network. You must connect to wi-fi or download it on your computer". I just finished downloading a rental but I get this message when attempting another. Any help much appreciated
You might want to try it again. It started working for me about 10 minutes ago (~8pm CST).

There are many people suffering from this problem right now (including me). It appears to be a server issue. Just wait and try checking for updates again tomorrow.
Some things I have heard indicate that this may be a regional problem, though what parts of the world are affected I don't know yet. A few people have been helped by deleting the following preference file (paste the path into the Go -> Go to Folder window in the Finder to locate it), though most have not:

After Adobe's servers were breached I received a phonecall from my bank, stating that someone had used my credit card at a hotel in Mexico (I live in Ohio). I closed that credit card and was issued a new card. I want to update my card information on my Creative Cloud subscription. I chatted via the web with a customer service rep today. He was anable to help me. He suggested I call the Care Center. The hold was estimated at 2 hours. All I want to do is update my card information so the next time Adobe automatically bills for my subscription the transaction doesn't bounce.
