I get this error with iCal "generates a conflict" when synced with my Yahoo calendar. Help Please
I updated to Maverick "Mistake" and have been getting this error since "generates a conflict" with the new iCal and my Yahoo calanders. There werent any problems before the update. Any suggestions as to how to fix it ? Does anyone know how to go back to the last version of iCal ?

Given that the calendars are hosted by Yahoo, I would remove the accounts, then re-add them back.
That shouldn't lose anything, but I don't use Yahoo so I can't say for sure. They use a standard CalDAV server, so all should be ok.

ICal events being deleted when syncing with Palm Zire 21
I have been syncing my Palm Zire 21 with iCal successfully for over a year with few problems. A few weeks ago I noticed that almost, but not all of the events on both the Palm device and iCal more than three months old were gone. Then, a few weeks later, I noticed that the events suddenly were all back in the iCal application, but not on the Palm device.
But this week, I used HotSync (as usual) to sync iCal and the Palm device, and the events were gone again. Now I am wondering what on Earth I am doing to cause this. I have read the articles about setting up to sync. I double-checked to be sure I have been syncing the way that is outlined in the instructions in the help articles.
I must have missed something vital. I have been backing up my iCal to my .Mac account using Backup. I am thinking that I can restore the iCal events using my last backup. Can I? And how do I keep this from happening again?
MacBook Pro Mac OS X (10.4.10) "OS10.4.10" "iSync 2.4" "iCal 2.0.5" "Hotsync 3.1"Found the issue for me. The events are not deleted, but filtered in the standard calendar view. The iPhone shows everything as it should. Outlook 2003 has all the events to as seen when going to categories view.
It seems that once events pass on the iPhone and then a sync via iTunes to Outlook 2003 the "All Day Event" field is removed from the calendar entry.
Creating another Day/Week/Month View in outlook 2003 that has a filter to only include calendar entries where the "All Day Event" field "does not exist" will allow viewing the "hidden" past events.
Hopefully this will be fixed VERY SOON. -

Try this first.
Go to Settings>Safari>Clear History, Cookies and Data. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
If that doesn't work, reboot the iPad - or quit all apps and restart.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Quit all apps completely and restart the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar. Restart the iPad. -
ICal alert time with travel time messed up when synced with Android
If an event has a travel time of 30 mins, and I set an alert to be 30 mins before I have to leave, it gets messed up when I sync with my Android phone.
After that, the alert is 30 (travel) + 30 (before) = 60 mins before travel on iCal. Doesn't seem to be able to fix thisI'm having the same problem too, but with my iPhone as synced over iCloud.

Getting duplicate contact info on my iphone 4s when syncing with outlook 2010
I'm having duplicate phone numbers show up on my iPhone 4s when I sync to my Outlook contacts via iTunes. I've tried deleting the duplicate on my phone, but then when I go back to Outlook contacts I find the phone number has been deleted. Any ideas?

some browsers, like Safari, have an "activity" window that will tell you all of the resources that it tried to load for a page. it can show you if a resource couldn't be loaded for one reason or another, including the crossdomain.xml file. -

I have discovered that the footage has 2 different frame rates. The clips are 23.976 and 29.976, 1920x1080. The sequence is 1920x1080 @ 23.976fps. I know they should ideally be conformed and I will do that, but this is the first time I've had this issue using Premiere. What I have done is unlink and relink the footage and still the same thing. It does not crash if I do not mix the frame rate in my selection of clips.
