Today I gifted my friend an app but he didn't receive it, he has a non credit card iTunes account, we both have an iPhone 5, and we are both running iOS 6.0.2, and I know I did everything right, neither did I or he get any email or notification what so ever. Any solutions
Confirm that you had the correct email address, and have your friend check any spam filters in his email application (if he's using a computer, not his iPhone) or in the email account itself (the provider's servers) to make sure that messages from Apple aren't being blocked. If all that is correct, try resending the gift:

I'd like to gift a friend an album, but he already has most of the tracks. So I was wondering if itunes would charge me for the complete price of the album or the 'complete my album' price.
You will be charged for the entire album. The Gifting feature is not recipient-specific, so it would have no way to know that a particular recipient you might be sending to would already have the album. Why not just gift the songs you know your friend doesn't have?

i don't know how it happened but my camera was deleted,i tried downloading it from app store but i can't find it there,i tried downloading other photography app but it didn't work for it says my device has no camera.how can i get my cam back?
Default apps are part of the iOS and cannot be deleted. Search all home screens and all folders and/or search for it with Spotlight, that will tell you what folder it's in.
Also check Settings > General > Restrictions to see if it has been restricted.
If not found, Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout. -

I understand you have purchased content from inside an application on your iPad, but when you try to access that content you get an alert that it has been purchased but not downloaded. We know your credit card has been charged because you contacted the bank. At this point I would suggest reporting the issue to the iTunes Store. If the email's not in a spam filter, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
