I just noticed that it says off to the side that itunes does not support 64 bit version of windows xp... is there a way around this so i can run the version of itunes i have now without installing the new one??

Published Project for MAC (.app) and will not open external PDF files
I have two captivate (7.x) projects that I published as Win .exe apps, and they work fine. Published the same two projects as MAC (.app) and when I run the app on the iMac, and click a click box to open an external PDF, nothing happens. The PDFs are located in the "root" folder with the .app file.
Any suggestions?

Adobe Captivate 7Thanks for the feedback. I was able to open some PDF files on Acrobat 5 that I recently scanned at a Fed Ex office with no issue whatsoever. I could extract pages, delete pages, etc, the software Acrobat 5 worked fine.
What I wonder is there a way I can make a change to a PDF file that will then allow me to open it in Acrobat 5? I have a gut feeling there is an adjustment that I can make in Adobe Reader after opening it that will then make the file accessible in Acrobat 5. I am playing with it but no luck thus far. -

After upgrading to OS 10.8, my Mac App Store is not working. It says: Cannot Connect To The App Store. Kindly Help
Also having that problem - I checked and I am connected to internet (can access other websites or other pages in Apple's website), can login from Snow Leopard (10.6.8) with Mac App Store there, but if I use the (external) drive with ML to start up, no go.
I can get to the "Featured"/initial MAS page, and tried going to the login from there, but same problem as Mitoshacer.
In my case, MacBook Pro (2.66GHz, 8GB RAM, 500GB external with ML - vs. 320GB internal drive with 10.6.8), March/April 2009 model. Have done searches for the problem online, but nothing shows up (except some for older OS X versions). -

Your text is not clear: you wish to connect to the internet, and you cannot do that? or you want to share your internet connection, to be used by other computers, and you do not know how to do this?
The title of your thread indicates the latter (this is the meaning of share), but your text rather indicates the former situation.
In order to share net, you must first mac connected to the net up and running, but I understand you did not get to that point, right?

My Ipod is frozen!!! - Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

I have been having trouble connecting to my wifi on my ipad mini but my iPod is just fine......it will connect and then say "Unable to connect to network" I've tried resetting my ipad mini and turning off my router for 30 seconds and its not working.
What TC do you have? Model number direct from the base is a big help, it will be A1 followed by 3 numbers.. eg
A1409 Gen 4.. The new AC is A1470

Find my friends Icon disappeared after upgrade to ios 8. I tried restarting as well as reinstalled the app but its not working. I can find it in Usage, but not in spot light. Pla help!!
I have exactly the same problem on a 4S on iOS 8. Have tried uninstalling, deleting FMF from backup, resetting phone and restoring from backup, but the problem remains. Sometimes the icon appears on a backup Home screen in iTunes, but it never appears on the phone itself. The app is accessible by going to the store, purchases and opening it from there. The app appears to have been running the whole time, but becomes invisible anytime I return to the home screen.

I thought my Macbook was up to date because I programmed it so that the updates would get downloaded automatically but I have just realized my Mac is behind by a long run.
