I just added a $15.00 iTunes card to my iPhone and the ******* thing keeps saying I got billing issues that I need to sign in and when I do it takes me to this credit card page. I ain't even got no **** credit card but it shows I got a master card or some **** like that how in the **** do I take that card off cause it won't let me use the 15.00 until I give a security code.
I Am in the same boat you are in. I don't use credit cards. I talked with an apple care guy today and that came up. I have an 11 year old. He said the rules currently requir a credit card. A debit card will not work. Kind of stinks. considering the restrictions family sharing puts on the device for under 18 I set my kids age at 13. So that I could share apps. I don't like family share because now I have to approve every free app as well.

My wife got me an iTunes card today and as soon as I redeemed it a music album that I did not order downloaded and deducted the cost from my iTunes card. I did this happen and how can I get my money back? I do not listen to the type of music that was downloaded and feel like I was robbed in a way cause the only way things are suppose to download is if I click on them and enter my password. Please let me know if there is anything I can do and am I the only person this has happened to?

My wife loaded her ITunes card right after I loaded mine and the album did not and still has not loaded onto her phone so we think it could be in my settings we are going to check into that but I did have money removed my account so thank you for the link to the form. -

I lived in the US for a few years, spent a fortune on iTunes [my then local Apple ID account]. Now I live in South Africa and want to use Match. I have a local credit card but how do I use my new / 2nd Apple ID and gain access to all my US music??
You have to be in a country to use its store - you will need to be in the US and have a US billing address on your account to be able to use the US store (that applies to buying and redownloading).
You can use iTunes Match in South Africa, do you not have a backup copy of all of your US iTunes purchases so that you can subscribe to it and upload those that aren't in the South African store to it ? -
Need help please I just bought this iPad today and I factory reset it and then I plugged into my laptop and downloaded the latest software I went and purchased a app store card and a iTunes card but when I try to download apps it won't let me if anyone can help with this problem it would be greatly appreciated. I can't log into my iTunes account on my iPhone 5s. I logged out a few days ago to trouble shoot because I was trying to redeem some iTunes cards but when i pressed redeem nothing happened. I then tried to log back in immediately afterwards. I was unable to do so. After clicking "sign in" at the bottom of the apps main page, it brought up another menu where I clicked "Choose existing Apple ID". After pressing this the menu disappeared and nothing happened. I tried this multiple times and received the same result each time. I tried the other available option of creating a new AP ID to log in with and that one worked perfectly fine. I am clueless as to why the log in for me is either not able to load or just completely blocking me from getting back into my iTunes account on my phone. Not only can I not listen to the music I currently have, but I cannot log in to purchase the new music that I wanted to with my unused iTunes gift cards
I have the same problem too and tried alot of things like time zone , restarting or changing DNS of wifi connection to 8.8.8.8 still nothing happens .. !!

My previous method for payment on itunes was debit card but now I dont have one. How do I change to no card without creating a new apple id? It tells me to update payment details when I try to update apps but it only has visa, mastercard, amex and maesto. I dont have any of them. I did previously use visa but I dont have the card anymore and cant get another one. Please can someone help me set it up so I dont need a payment method. Thanks

i got an itunes card and i cant read the letter i wasted 25$ for nothing since i cant use it i called customer support they said they sent me a form in my email to fill out there was no form in my email to fill out just a bunch of links that brought me to the main screen in the support page ive went all throughout the support page and cant seem to find this form or something that will help me all i want is a new code so i can use this card can you please just send me a new 25$ code

Local file transfer speed slow on E1200
On a local file transfer (computer to NAS or NAS to computer) my file transfer speed with the E1200 is way too slow. I would expect the Wireless N speed to be at least 54mbps (megabits per second), which would be equivalent to 9 MegaBytes per second.
