As i understand, your Acrobat Trial period has expired, You need to sign in with your Adobe ID using which you have purchased the subscription.

Sry about the delay! The message says exactly: The purchased item " A dog in a trap" (a book I bought) on the IPod " My IPod's name IPod touch could not be transferred to your ITunes library because you are not authorized for it on this computer.
Then at the bottom it said to authorize this computer for items purchased from the ITunes Store choose Store> Authorize This Computer. I have no idea where to go and how to do that! Please help!!!!!! -
I downloaded the latest version of iTunes on my MacBook Pro and now when I open iTunes I can not access the iTunes store; however, I can access the Apps store. I have tried reinstalling iTunes. I have tried changing the pop up/cookie settings in Firefox and Safari. I have logged out and also shut down my MacBook. I have tried changing the Firewall settings on my MacBook. It will never automatically update. You always will ahev to tell it to update. it will never update unless you tell it to.
The pics and music sync is one way - computer to ipod. The only exception is itunes purchases. The ipod is not a backup device.
Cop everything from your backup copy of your old computer to your new one. -
Can I upgrade from Final Cut 7 to X or do I have to re-buy the software?
It looks like some forums are saying you have to re-buy at $299, but I see an upgrade in the app store for $9.99.
There's no upgrade pricing to go from FCP 7 to FCP X as it's a completely new version. The upgrade pricing before X was about the same, so $299 is not bad. The 7 to X App you see in the App Store is a third party utility used to translate old FCP 7 projects into FCP X.

If you want to order print, cards etc. to Shutterfly then please follow below steps.
Order photo prints to Shutterfly.
1. Select images in catalog
2. Go to Create --> Photo Prints.
Order Photobook, Greeting cards to Shutterfly:
1. Select images in catalog
2. Go to Create --> Photobook/Greeting Card etc.
3. Select a template and Order

I've checked your account. It looks as though you purchased Acrobat outright (versus getting a subscription). Is that not what you thought you purchased?
That order is currently processing, but once it goes through, you should get a confirmation email from Adobe with instructions for downloading your software. If you're logged on to http://cloud.acrobat.com/acrobat, then that page would be prompting you to subscribe (since you don't have a subscription).

I had Adobe Pro IX, but I misplaced the CD... I just bought Adobe Pro XI, but I can not see how to OCR an Adobe file... Where is it, or do I need to get some sort of a subscription? Is if possible to buy a replacement for my Adobe IX file because I'm sure I registred it... Let me know...

The reason why you are getting this prompt is because you are trying to install an upgrade version.
During the upgrade, you will need to enter serial number twice.
The first time, you need to enter the serial number of the actual product that you have purchased.
The second time, you need to enter serial number for the previous version that you had.
So, please enter serial number of the previous version at the second prompt.

To cancel an annual Acrobat subscription, it's necessary to Contact Customer Care. Choose Acrobat from the top drop-down menu, and then choose Membership, Account, Payment. Click the blue "Still Need Help?" button at the bottom of the page to find both phone and chat options.

Creative cloud do not need a serial number. it will be using your Adobe ID on which you have purchased the creative cloud membership.
So you need to login with your Adobe ID and password to activate the cloud membership.
Log out & log back in of the CC Desktop App.
In case it is not signing in successfully please try the following:
I don't know which operating system you are working on so i am giving you some steps windows and MAC OS:
Windows:
In windows 7 navigate to following location:
/windows/system32/drivers/etc
1. look out for "Hosts" file
2. Open it with notepad
3. Check if you have any entry for Adobe
4. Remove the entries and try again launching any product from CC
Mac:
1. Please click on "Go" and navigate to /private/etc
2. Open "hosts" file and check out for any entries for Adobe.com
3. Remove the entries and save the file
4. try again launching any product from CC

Hi there, I currently subscribe to Adobe Pro Subscription (yearly) and I also subscribe to Adobe PDF pack (monthly). I only require Adobe to read and create PDF documents such as converting word/excel document or a web based document. Can someone tell me if I'm doubling up as I'm not sure of the differences between the products and would like to save a few dollars.
Acrobat Pro can do a lot more than the PDF Pack online service.
Try if you can do everything you need with PDF Pack; otherwise keep Acrobat Pro. -
