I got an App for free, but when i download it, they charged me an amount.
I recently got an App, it is marked as a free app or free download but when it started the download inmediatly they charge my bank accout. I wrote them directly to make a complaint but they never got back to me, Also i have no idea how to cancel this app and they will be charging me a monthly payment
Please I need to know to where email my problem to get it resolved.

You won't be charged for downloading free apps (though when you add or change card details you may receive a temporary store holding charge to check that the card details are valid). Is it a new account, and if so how did you create it ? When you create an account, unless you follow the instructions on this page when creating it then you will need to enter card details before you will be able to download any item from the store : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534

The bottom rubber case of my macbook 13" late 2009 has expanded and has detached from the main body..As i'm not presently under warranty i wanted to know will the repair be free of charge for me. I had once got it replaced for free but in warranty. As i read some where in the support that apple had agreed with the defect and had decided to replace the bottom covers without any charge. And even if i'm charged for it what will be the amount will hav to pay for it..

MacBook Pro, late 2011 version. Up to date Mountain Lion.
My email account in the Mail.app is set up as IMAP, but when I delete emails in the Mac Mail App, they are not deleted from the mail clients of the other devices that are connected to the mail server with IMAP. IMAP works perfectly between Windows Outlook 2010, iPad Mail App and Android default mail client. Deleted messages behave correctly, as in delete from one device and the mail is deleted from all devices.
Having just tested in reverse order on the Mac; emails deleted from the email client on Windows, iPad and Android are not deleted in the Mac Mail App. It appears that the account is behaving like POP rather than IMAP.
Any advice on how to have IMAP work correctly on the MacBook Pro Mail.app?

the email account in question was set up in Outlook as POP - stupid, stupid, stupid me, wasted an afternoon on this! I have now changed the Outlook account to IMAP and Mail.app works perfectly - and looks much nicer than Outlook did. Im in the middle of converting from Windows to a Mac, and still finding my way around the Mac
The lesson learned, never assume - always double check! All my other email addresses with 1and1 are all imap, except this one, and it happened to be the first one I set up in the Mail.app. (bows head in disgrace!)

Hi yall, I got an iMac today from a friend. He's had it a while and not done much with it. I powered it up, and it needs a new OS install as I can see the "?" flashing, but the screen only flashes on straight after hitting the power button, and from then on the screen does not light. How do I turn on the Backlight?
and how do I open the CD tray? I have an iMac G3 keyboard and it doesn't have an eject button.....

Have you tried to reset the Power Management Unit (PMU) this controls all aspects of power for the iMac G4. Read this article (link) carefully and only press it once.

I just did a google search on this issue. OMG, I got a ton of videos on this or similar issues. Each one says in some way to clear the cache, reset the data, etc. Why in the world would this continue to happen and they not do a fix that resloves this without having to lose or stop what your doing. This is a very long and constant issue it seems with Android phones as there must have been pages and pages of what I now call "Unfortunately" So I am going to pray that Verizon helps me out and gets me away from this issue and helps me go back to iPhone or try the Samsung.

I purchased movies on my iPad2, bought the new iPad and transferred my content, returned the new iPad and kept my iPad2. Now when I try to download movies back to my iPad2, I find them under "Purchased", click on them and they appear to download, but never show up in "Downloads". Why? I use iCloud to backup content.
What exactly do you mean when you say they do not appear under downloads, downloaded videos will appear in the video app on your iPad.

Hello, I am trying to copy a series of language cd's onto iTunes but each cd will not save separately, instead it is saving all as one disk. So I am ending up with 3 disks on 1 with 3 different track1, 2 etc. Please help as I am sure there is an easy solution to this that I have no clue about. Thanks
After you insert the CD but before you import it into iTunes, select all tracks and set the disc number to 1, 2, 3 ... as appropriate.

If you went ahead an purchased ML before recieving your redemption code then you're just out $20. Not a big deal - you should have been instructed on how to get a redemption code for the OS X update.

Hello I've got an iPad 2 what I bought last year and I heard apple say that when you upgrade to iOS 7 you will get pages, numbers and keynote for free but when I upgraded they still cost £6.99! I'm not happy but they said when you activate your iOS device after September 1st they will be for free. If I restore my ipad like a new iPad will they be for free?
