I got an iPhone 5s today and it won't hook up to iTunes.

I got an iPhone 5s today and when I got home I tried to hook it up to iTunes, but iTunes wouldn't even recognize my phone. I've reset my phone and my computer multiple times, yet my phone still won't hook up to iTunes. Please help.

Make sure that you have the latest version of iTunes, 11.1.4 on your computer. If you recently updated, there have been some issues with the latest verison of iTunes and Windows. You can remove and reinstall iTunes and it normally fixes the problem. See this support document and follow the steps exactly. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1923
