- Another cable
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

I have upgraded iphone from 4 to 5s inserted the sim followed the screen instructions BUT I have no service can you help?
The iPhone 4 and iPhone 5s use different sized sims. So you can't simply have inserted the 4's sim into the 5s.
If you got a new sim, was that sim activated without your carrier?
You need to contact your carrier if you wish to have your service on the 4 transferred to a sim that the 5s can use. -

Does the app Cydia appear on your iPhone?
What does it say when you look at Settings=>General=>About=>Carrier?

Hold HOME and START at the same time until an Apple logo appears. This is called a "reset", and essentially it reboots iOS. You will need to hold for about 10 seconds.

No, 72 pages isn't too long. See if you can crate a pdf file of the book by Control-clicking just outside the book and selecting Save Book as PDF from the menu options.

The prompt to connect to iTunes is automatic, but not the restore process. You must manually select restore. There is no automatic restore.

Did you follow the instructions in the message and contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. If Apple have asked you to contact them, then the issue can only be resolved by them. -
