It was the free single of the week, and I had already bought it. But as a test I also downloaded it with my friends account on the same computer. Only, I was billed for it! I have received two invoices for the same song.
WHy did this happen?
I hope it doesn't happen again.

That's a bit annoying if we have to keep logging out everytime we use it.
You'll only have to input your password when you make a purchase, not when you run iTunes.

It looks to me like it is a problem on your Windows computer not being able to start an application. It may help if you know or can determine which program Windows is trying to open when you upload photos -- there can be many different ones and it can be set by the user. If you are using Windows 7, you may need to check your Autoplay settings. Your email address (used as your Apple ID) does not matter, because iPods are not directly linked to a particular Apple ID.
NOTE: You can still use your old Apple ID, even if your that email address is no longer valid. As long as you remember your Apple ID password. Go here and click on Manage your Apple ID.

You can change the primary email address used by Apple, although the Apple ID remains the same.

Same here...plopped down >$2700 USD on a new Retina MBP a few weeks ago with the promise of a free upgrade to ML when it was released. Now, I have no doubts that I'll get the upgrade but I'm not crazy about having to wait behind scads of others who are shelling out a mere $20 bucks.
I was given the same 72 hour speech by Apple Customer Support. With my Up-To-Date claim reference number in hand, it seems like they would/could provide an instant turn-around to those of us who are excited/eager enough to call in.
Apple does a lot of things right but people...especially the clientele that gravitate toward Apple products...expect excellence across the board. It's like a "nearly" perfect date....beautiful night...best table in the restaurant...delicious dinner with a fabulous bottle of wine...your date is smokin' hot in a little black dress. On the way back to her place, she unbuckles her seatbelt and leans across with a hand towards your leg and then lets a gigantic, tear-demanding **** that makes you want to gag. The next day somebody asks, "How was your date?"

If you did not receive the "merchandise" then a refund is due. Just click through the support link provided above, fill out the form at the end, clearly state the facts and state them again via reply email.
Also prepare to send copies of the billings and provide the user name associated with Zombie Farm and Game Center (if applicable).
All should work out, but if satisfaction is not received, file a claim with your credit card issuer.

You contact iTunes store support and plead your case. YOU are responsible for the security of your Apple ID and password. There are numerous mechanisms in place to make it easy to prevent unauthorized purchases. IF they agree to give you a refund, they will not do so a second time.
