I got download error (502) message when i tried to download firefox for mobile . i use xperia arc. thanks
i tried to download twice but get the same message. the first time, percentage of dowload was less then 2%. the second time, download had progressed to about 30% before i get this message. i'm using xperia arc with latest software update.
Google controls the download servers for all Android packages. Only suggestion we can make is to try downloading on a reliable WiFi connection.

I have error code 2330 when I tried to download itunes 10.5. Different sites I have visited give different solutions and most seem to indicate removing the current itunes program then reinstalling the new 10.5. I did try to remove the program but it took a long time and I had to reboot the computer. Has anyone had the same issue and how did they fix the problem?
I was having this problem with my wife's computer today so I did a Check Disk from the command prompt. (start/run then type chkdsk) let it do its thing then restart windows and it does some other BS on the start up. Relaunch itunes and then retry to download. I went to the apple website and click on the download and saved the file to my desk top then ran it from there. Let me know if you have the same luck. -Mike

I am receiving error 50 message when I try to download movie and download stops. Can anyone help?
Ipod Touch is receiving Error 50 message when trying to download movie. The download stops and is unsucessful. Followed techs instructions and deleted .tmp file from computer/cdrive/users/"computer name"/mymusic/itunes/media/downloads but same error keeps returning.

I was prompted to downloaded a security update & so I did. when i tried to open firefox afterwards ,I couldn’t open it. My computer told me I had a DEP settings problem.I tried to change my computer's DEP settings but was notified i couldn't for firefox. I tried the uninstall & then install Firefox again route (could not even do it in safe mode since i can't even open firefox)but still had the same problem afterwards. What should I do?
Do a clean (re)install and delete the Firefox program folder (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\).
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.

Uninstall your current Firefox version, if possible.
*Do NOT remove personal data when you uninstall the current version or you lose your bookmarks and other data because all profile folders will be removed.

The error has occurred when I tried to download OS X Mavericks from the App Store

The phones in recovery mode so if yu connect it to itunes it should ask to restore it back to the last back up you have done.

I am trying to download new version of iTunes from App store having purchased it on my laptop. When I try to download on my iMac I get the following message:
Error message when I try to download new iTunes as follows: iPhoto 7.1.5 is already installed and was not purchased from the Mac App Store - and then I am asked if I want to buy it again. I don't understand the error message and I don't want to purchase the new version again.
Also, since upgrading to Lion my videos (from Sanyo Xacti camera) do not play on iTunes. I can only open photos.

I want the songs I paid for.Yes its been cleaned out, i have tried many different things to try an fix it but still nothing. i just can't understand how it can be working perfect 1 minute then not working the next minute. seems to be a common problem with no real solution.

When I tried to download the new version of firefox I get an error message that says "your computer must be restarted to complete an earlier upgrade" when I restart it says the same thing. I cannot use firefox at all at the moment. When I try to uninstall in the control panel, the same message pops up.
If you have problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.
Download a new copy of the Firefox program and save the DMG file to the desktop

* Trash the current Firefox application to do a clean (re-)install
* Install the new version that you have downloaded

I have a Macbook Pro. I just purchased Acrobat Pro DC and keep getting an error message when I try to download, saying I need to contact support. I've eliminated previous versions of the application because they were US-based versions and I'm now living in Australia. I checked Flash and it seems to be installed correctly. what am I doing wrong?

PPC, also known as PowerPC has not existed on Macs since the beginning of 2006. Apple made a bridge software and included it with Mac OSes until 10.6.8 known as Rosetta that would allow you to run software written for the PowerPC Macs. 10.7 and later can't run that bridge software. You have one of several options:
Install 10.6 retail on a USB Flash drive, and run that application while booted from there.
Find an update designed for 10.7 or later of the software.
Find a combination of Virtualbox or Paralllels that can legally run a version of 10.6 side by side with your 10.7 software.
Run Windows on your Mac with Virtualbox or use CrossOver that requires no Windows to run a Windows version of your application.
Your Mac is an iMac Intel. I will ask a moderator redirect your thread to the 10.7 forum, and no action is needed on your part.

Hi All, We are on HFM 9.3.1.3. From the web, when we export a data form to Excel, we lose the decimal places. In our data form we use 3 decimal places, however all exports to Excel deafult to 0 decimal places. We can reproduce in Excel 2003 and 2007.

My location is set to UK but the store is US. Why are they out of sync?
I have checked my location setting and it is given as the UK, but when I go to the iTunes Store it is obviously set as US, with prices given in $ and warnings saying I have to change my location. Please advise as to how I recover from this?
