If you try restoring from a backup and that doesn't fix the problem, try restoring to factory settings and synching your apps. You'll lose the app data and settings, but if the problem is due to a corrupt cache or settings file, that should cure it.

I bought the Adobe student version of Photoshop and Premiere Elements a few months ago - and now I am trying to use it, and the serial number that I have is incorrect - or it is only the registration number or something? It says I should have been sent an email with the serial number once the product was registered - But I never received this email. If I were you I would first make sure CS6 was deactivated or signed-out. Then download Adobe's cleaner and remove cc, CS6 and any other creative application installed including Creative Cloud desktop application. Then install CS6 and use your CS6 serial number during the install to activate CS6 standard or extended which ever the serial number is for. CS6 Version 13.0 should the be activated. That level of CS6 is extremely bug ridden so be sure to the use CS6 menu Help>Updates to get CS6 updates. Windows should update to version 13.0.1.3 Mac to version 13.0.6. Not Subscription CS6 version 13.1.2...

1) When entering through Safary to Google Images and tap on each one of them they do not enlarge nor I am able by click on them to enter into their connected website
2) When I receive an e-mail with images I cannot easily save them in my gallery. It needs more than 10 tabs to the window "save this image" or "save all 3 images" and if I am lucky it saves one image. This is very frustrating, I loose a lot of time trying and affects my job.

Restart your iOS device.
Restart your Mac.
Make sure that your Mac meets the minimum system requirements for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
Install software updates on your Mac.
If an iTunes update is available, apply the update.
Check USB connections. iOS devices need USB 2.0 to work properly. If you're not sure your Mac has USB 2.0 ports, check the computer's specifications.
Disconnect other USB devices and connect your device directly to a USB port on your Mac.
Try another USB cable.

First thing to try is a reboot of your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

I bought an Ipad a few months ago and now it doesn't work
I bought an Ipad 3 a couple of months ago and it suddenly started to glitch one day. Every time I'd put the pass code in an it would unlocked the screen would go black. I tried to restart it and tried recovery mode and it didn't work. Sometimes when I turn it back on the screen goes blue. It seems that every time I move the Ipad with the screen lit up it turns black with a slight move. What could I do? Should I ship it to apple? How much would it cost to get it fixed? Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. I got a new iphone 4s which was a replacement for my 4s that got wet abuot 2 months ago. I had the applecare people walk me thru setting up the new phone. I just noticed that almost all of my music is not showing up on my phone. How can I get my music back?
Is your library still present? You can upgrade iTunes, then on left hand side u should see purchased. Music that was purchased can be restored through phone and computer. Go to file & click transfer purchases from your iPhone. You may have to authorize the computer again.

Hi,i am running linux mint.I tried to change the firefox folder from the file system with a new firefox folder cause i had a problem with one extension(download statusbar).So,after that i have problem,firefox ask me about profile and after some tests about it from me,firefox always says"this profile its allready in use,make a new profile or rename one profile".I don't know anything about profiles,first time i see that i can make a profile it's now.
A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox without informing you about that, maybe after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox.
