I'd like to know I have a pic of the iPod the person has and it's the same gb and breaks and I took a pic
of the serial number and info

If the iPod is registered to your iTunes account then you can get it from there : https://supportprofile.apple.com/
If not then if you have a backup of it on your computer's iTunes then go into Edit > Preferences (iTunes > Preferences on a Mac) in iTues and on the Devices tab on that hover your mouse pointer over its backup : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4061

    What product, specifically? iTunes does not have a serial number. I don't know where the serial number is for your computer, but most likely it's on the rear of the computer or on the bottom.

    If you purchased it from the Mac App Store, there is no serial number I'm aware of. It's tied to your Apple ID rather than having a serial number or other key code.

    Hi memorse414414, Your Adobe ID will suffice for activation. For subscription, the installer would validate from the server using your Adobe ID.

    If you registered it with adobe, you can go to the main page of adobe.com and look for the My Adobe link, then work your way through the links there and you should find it.

    Mac app store software does not contain serial numbers since they are linked to your AppleID.

    When when you run the LR5 installer it will see you have the Mac app store version and it will get a serial number from Adobe to use for LR5.
