It looks awesome. I'm just starting to play with it now. i7 620-m processor, win7 ultimate, 4g ram.
Unfortunately I haven't owned a thinkpad since 2001. And there is no user manual included, nor any user manual available online.
If anyone could tell me how to switch my switchable graphics, and how to enable/disable Bluetooth, i'd appreciate it

Everyone has a limit and I've reached mine Thinkpad quality has reached rock bottom I thought Lenovo would make a product better than my nightmare T500 and now this is pretty much it! To me this is an end of an era after many years of being a T series proud owner wow I remember my mom taking me to the electronics store here in Kuwait after my graduation she asked the sales man for the best notebook money can buy and he pointed to the Thinkpad T20 since then I bought more Thinkpads than I can remember I influenced almost all my friends into buying them I even buy them for my company use, i my self and many others have complained about quality issues many times specially the Keyboard and cheap plastics now you give us this? Lenovo i don't trust you anymore! you are not getting my business and this is my only way of letting you hear me next week I'm getting a Macbook Pro next week...

It seems too big to fit comfortably into a pants pocket (where I'm accustomed to carrying my ancient, tiny dumbphone.) I see people at work who literally carry "smartphones" around in their hands from meeting to meeting, placing them like status symbols on each conference room table. I'm not into that, and would surely forget to pick it back up and would leave it behind at some point. I see a few people with those belt holsters; let's just say I'm not seeing those as a fashion statement that's for me. So what does that leave? How do you all do it comfortably (and without breaking it by, say, sitting on it?)

Well, while you didn't offer any details, one method would be Options > Advanced > Applications.
Find the application in the list > press the Menu key > Delete.

How do you backup/restore this thing?

My RAZR is my first smartphone, and I don't intend to lose it, have it stolen, or break it, but hey, things can always go bump!
I would like to backup the phone, settings, apps, app settings, contacts, ringers, photos, etc. so that if I do need to replace the phone, I can restore everything (except the new ESN, of course). I don't see much discussion of such a basic process. It seems all I can find are Contact List Backup/Restore tips. Heck, I've got my contacts in a spreadsheet - have for years.

I use My Backup Pro which I believe will allow you to back up your apps and all that you mentioned to a SD card and restore to another phone. It is $5 for the paid version, which is what I use, but I think that's a small price to pay if it will do what you want.
I use google for my contacts and calendar so I don't back those up with My Backup Pro since they are already online. However, I do go to my google account and export my contacts and my calendar data to my computer from time to time. This link will tell you how to do that, as well as how to backup any of your Google information.

How do you disable the quote ("") thing having to type it twice and things,..

when I want to quote a word or use the quotes (either single or the double quotes) I have to either press quote and type, the quote appears and then press quote again, and other times it places 2 dots horizontal above the letter i type. but this time I need to press it twice and then I get 2 quotes and have to back space out one of them - gets to be annoying...
here is what happens, i press quote once änd type - see above my first ""and"" (and see here too) along the line and then so on keep having these issues - annoying i tell yah - i don't know where to turn it off - anyone???

Of course, my friend! There's a way to do it. If you download the Java IDE from this website, SunOne Community Edition version 4, you can accomplish that ( at least that's the way I've done them). This Java IDE creates a folder that is executable in Windows, it's called a JAR file (Java ARchive executable file), or run it on any operating system that is Java Enabled.
With SunOne, you can do it this way:
1) Click on File
2)Select New
3) Then select JAR Archive
4) In the wizard, follow the steps which tell you the java files that are needed to run the application (because sometimes a programs comprises more than one class)
5) Create a Manifest
If this doesn't work for you, find information about JAR Archive files on the Internet because this is the way to make executable programs in Java. Good Luck!!

How do you install on Solaris 10? pkgadd doesn't seem to work.

I've downloaded and unzipped firefox 3 times in the last 9 months. Every time I try to find something to click on to install and and can't. I try pkgadd in various places and it never finds any packages. How do you actually install this thing on a Solaris box?

libjavaplugin_oji.so is the classic Java plugin. Curent Firefox versions need the Next Generation Java plugin (libnpjp2.so)

How do you get 4.3.3 to download

I have tried at least 20 times to get the download to complete. How do you get the stupid thing to completely download?

I'm having the same problem. Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 with Norton 360 v5.0.2.1 Tried disabling the Smart Firewall, Anti-Virus Auto-Protect, SONAR etc. -- same results. iTunes says it's downloading, gets to the end, then says it failed because of a network timeout. I have not been having any kind of Internet connection problems.
I ran the iTunes diagnostics -- the only thing wrong was that iTunesHelper wasn't running. I enabled that, and rebooted -- still no difference. Except now the diagnostics show no problem at all.
I have a 3GS, but I don't think that even matters, because iTunes won't even finish the download, never mind starting to install it on the phone. Never had a problem downloading previous updates with the same configuration/software installed -- even with all the Norton stuff activated.
Anyone?

You don't transfer Apple ID's from one device to another one. You sign out in the settings, )the App Store and iTunes if necessary) and then sign in with the other ID.
Settings>iTunes & App Stores>Apple ID>Sign out. Them sign in with the other ID. You can sign out of the app store and iTunes as well by going to the featured Atab in the App Store and the music tab in iTunes, swipe to the bottom and access the Apple ID in there.
You should have erased the iOad before you gave it to her in Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings. That way she could set up the iPad as new with her own Apple ID.
Be aware of the fact that if you use each others ID's in order to download past purchased content to your own iPads, you will lock yourself out of your own ID as you will have associated your iPad with the other person's Apple ID.
In other words, if you sign into your wife's ID on your iPad so that you can download an app or an album so that you don't have to pay for it again, you will lock yourself out of your Apple ID for 90 days.

If your backup is in iCloud, and your new iPhone is already set up, go to Settings>General>Reset, tap Erase All Content and Settings, then go throught the setup screens on the iPhone and when given the option, choose Restore from iCloud Backup and follow the prompts. (If it isn't set up yet, just choose this option when setting it up.)
Be sure your iPhone it connected to wifi and your charger while it is restoring the backup.

I wanted to know how I could record different folders using iTunes
Cause when recorded 2000 thongs on the DVD
There were 2000 songs to go through
So I really wanted to have had folders and then the music recorded inside them
So I could get right to where I wanted real quickly

I know we can do it with Nero.

1) Go to file, select new playlist. Creat the playlaist.
2) Download your music into iTunes.
NOTE: CHECK 'Recently Added' before you download your music.
If the select boxes has a check in them, turn it off by
holding down the 'ctrl' key and selecting one of the
checked boxes. This shold turn off all the checks.
It would be better to clear 'Resently Add' of all
previous downloads, but I don't know how to do that
yet.
3) under 'PLAYLIST' on the right, select 'Recently Add'.
all of your song should show there with a check in the selection
box.
4)Hold the shift key and select the frist (selete records name),
then the last recorded tune. All of the recordings shouls light
up blue.
5) While holding the 'shift' key, drag one of the records to your new
playlist. All of the blue highlighted song will transfer to the new
playlist.
