I got orange juice into my iPhone....Help!
Hi. I managed to knock a glass of orange juice over my iPhone the other night and now I can hardly hear calls. I didn't realise until morning so it had dried in before I could do anything. Everything else is working fine. I'm wondering if there is dried orange juice blocking the fine mesh that covers the ear speaker. Should I clean it with a damp cotton bud? Should I use water or alcohol? Any help greatly appreciated. Max

I was listening to music on my Iphone one day with my beats, while I unplug my headphones the metal part that surrounds the headphone jack of my Iphone also comes out and is lost. None of my headphone jacks can fit into the iphone without it being loose and falling out. Is there anywhere or way I can get this resovled ?
Sure, get the headphone jack replaced. Or do an Out-of-Warranty replacement at your nearest Apple Store for $199 USD.

I recently updated my iphone 4s for verizon. Its the newest update..anyways it ran through the processs of updating and then told me to plug it into my computer. I did and the only option i got was to restore my iphone. I did and on my iphone the bar loaded to about 75% and stopped. My computer came up with an error. It said it was unavailable to restore this is iphone and unknown error occured. I tried using a different cord different usb slot checked my computer software updated my itunes but the same effect happened. I am getting very worried that my iphone is going to go in the trash soon. Can anyone help with annoying problem.

My iphone 5 got suddenly slipped into recovery mode when i was updating my phone with the latest update. I request the officials to act fast and come up with a recovery solution because the phone is unable to get restored on itunes due to "error 3" when ever i am trying to restore and neither of the istores have the solution for the same.

My Blackberry fell into an orange juice!
Yesterday, on the evening, I fell my blackberry into an orange juice that I believe contains sugar. I didn't notice it until about 5 minutes later. Then after that, I take the battery out and trying to dry my phone using electric pump(because I can't find my hairdryer) for about 5 minutes. The wind come from the pump is really strength so I have to turned it on and off every 2 seconds. Then I made a mistake <br>I thought it was okay, so I put the battery back and try to turned it on. It won't start and the LED just blinking red many times. And stupidly, I'm thinking about using the methods for nuked blackberry, and put the data cable (which I oftenly use as a charger) and connecting it with my computer. Many times. It still won't work.<br><br>Then I try to pull the battery, and leave it behind. A day have gone by. And this evening, I just happened to see this forum. And really regret my action :'(<br>For now, I just put my Blackberry and my battery (separated) in the rice and put it on the refrigerator.<br><br>My question is, is it possible for my Blackberry to work well like before? With the sugar, orange juice, and all the thing I've done that might destroy some part of my Blackberry.<br>Please help! There's so many memories with that phone. Please help! Given your description, I would not hold out much hope. Applying power to the BB between the time of getting wet and being fully dry increases the chances of causing damage. But, then again, I've seen BBs come back to life immediately and be fine forever. I've seen other BBs take days to come back to life and be fine forever. And I've further still seen BBs seem to come back to life, only to fail later.
Orange juice is highly acidic though, so I honestly don't hold out much hope for your situation. Besides needing to be dried, it also probably needs to be cleaned out as residue will be left behind once it's fully dried, and that residue itself may be corrosive even if completely dry.
I've never heard of the bit of putting it into the refrigerator, though...that's a new one to me. Normally, one puts the dry rice container in a very warm and dry place -- atop a radiator, on top of electronic gear, etc. Putting it into a cold place is a new one to me...though it is quite dry inside of a fridge. It will be interesting to see how that works out for you.
All in all, there is no way to predict your outcome...it will be what it will be. Hopefully you've been practicing good backup procedures all along to protect the priceless data kept on your device (the device itself is a mere commodity).

iTunes tells me, that I need to load version 11.1 in order to load a backup into my iPhone 5. I'm working with a windows PC and want to update my phone to iOS 7GM. version 11.0.5 is the highest I can get for windows. Can somebody help me?
I'm assuming you followed a forum like Gizmodo to load the latest version of iOS 7 Beta on your device
Alot of those forums forget to mention, iTunes 11.0.5 will allow you to update to the iOS 7 Beta but your device will no longer work unless you have the developer version of iTunes as well....
I'd suggest you to research how to downgrade back to 6.1.3/4 and wait a few days for the iOS to be released, -

This restriction has no relation to creating free accounts, it means you may not sign in to another free account, on that iDevice because the serial number of the device (on apple's server) has their limit of free accounts associated to it. the only way around this is to use one of the three free accounts on the device which the server has associated, OR have apple reset the account/remove the restriction for that serial number...This has been posted in dozens of discussions, but they continue to ingnore the problem, what's worse is the telephone support is RUDE about it if you inquire.

I have Apple TV, 1st generation. Just got a Netflix account on iPhone. There is no Netflix logo on my TV. When I go to the Internet option, only YouTube and Radio are on the drop down menu. WiFi is properly configured. Updates downloaded. How do I get Netflix on this tv? This 1st gen. Thanks in advance for any help.
Sorry it was bad news - the ATV 1's were fine machines in their day and still work well.
Newer features like Airplay, Netflix support, playbcak of purchases from teh 'cloud' etc are only on AppleTV 2 or 3.
