I alredy follow the troubleshooting ( uninstall itunes and instal it back) and nothig!! can anybody help?

If you haven't already done these steps, this section contains information that might help your situation, as the order and manner which you uninstall has an effect on the outcome:
Use the Control Panel to uninstall iTunes and related software components in the following order and then restart your computer:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support (iTunes 9 or later)
Important: Uninstalling these components in a different order, or only uninstalling some of these components may have unintended affects.
Let us know if following that article and uninstalling those components in that order helped the situation.

What is the oldest version of iTunes that i can use with my ipod nano 7th gen

I am planning on buying an older computer (uesd) because it is ceaper. i know that the newer the ipod, the newer the itunes version has to be. also the newer the itunes version is, the newer the computer has to be as older computers become too out of date for the new versions of itunes. i am also wanting to purchase a 7th gen nano. so pretty much i need to know how far back in the itunes timeline i can go, while still being compatible with my nano.

Yes reinstalled itunes a couple of days ago but got it sorted now thanks, the problem was that when i wiped my computer last week and reinstalled everything using the discs the free McAfee anti virus that the computer came with was still in my all programmes list although i aren't using it. This morning i tried unistalling that (didn't think it would make any difference as the programme wasn't active) once uninstalled i pluged the ipod in and hey presto it is now recognised by itunes, THANK GOODNESS. If the music that was removed from your iPod (which happened as a result of syncing it with a new computer... an iPod is designed to sync with only one library at a time. Connecting it to a new/different iTunes library will erase what is currently on the iPod and replace it with what is in the new library) is no longer in a backup anywhere or another PC, then there is no way to tell what used to be on your iPod.
You'll need to either rerip the tracks you had from CDs back into iTunes or redownload them from iTunes via iCloud if possible.

For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it, which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

I downloaded the lates version of iTunes. Now, every icon on my desktop now is the iTunes icon and will only launch iTunes. The same is true with almost everything in "All Programs" from my start menu. Uninstalling brought desktop back to normal.

After upgrading to the latest version of iTunes, it changed all desktop icons to the iTunes icon and will only launch iTunes. I uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes and the same problem occured. Help.

Yes i've tried all of that. I've turned it all the way on and off and erased all of my music and put it back on and nothing works. And with the breaking up CDs and putting into compilation categories i have already fixed all of that stuff. It's fine it just doesn't show up in the list of artists. I can find the album in the songs category and the albums category it's just it doesn't show tha name of the artist. All of the other albums that i downloaded before i updated my itunes to th most recent update are fine. It's just the two that i downloaded afterwards. Thanks for trying though.

Try following steps and test one at a time:
1. Restart computer, right mouse click iTunes icon and select "Run As Administrator"
2. If that does not work, check to see if this file APSDaemon.exe is the problem here.
Close your iTunes.
Press Ctrl-Alt-Del key and choose Task Manager. In the "Processes" Tab, select the file APSDaemon.exe and click End Prosses button, then close the task manager window.
Now open itunes and see if it is working?
If that works, to prevent having to do the same process everytime you restart Windows, go to. START button, type in
MSCONFIG
Hit ENTER
Click STARTUP Tab, Uncheck "Apple Push", click OK.
Restart Windows.
3. If that fails or you don't see ApsDaemon.exe in the Processes, refer to following article to remove SC files:

4. If that fails, repair or reinstall your Quicktime. START / CONTROL PANEL / PROGRAMS N FEATURES / hightlight QUICKTIME and click REPAIR.

Had same problem and solved it without having to reinstore any music or movies:
1. Delete old Library file
2. Go to the 'Previous iTunes Libraries' folder and copy one of the earlier files - note, they have a date extension, e.g. 'iTunes Library 2011-11-01'.
3. Paste this file in your iTuners folder and rename file by removing the date extension - 'iTunes Library'
You should have all your music and paylists in tact, unless it was a really old previous file.
