I got the update and i didn't pay a dime?

Okay when I updated, I got the 2.0 update and i could use apps and all that stuff without paying for the update. Now I see the update thing on iTunes and I'm confused, did I get lucky or maybe I didn't get the full package? I know I didn't pay for it cause I had .79 cents at the time and it didn't go when updated. I don't have it on pay pal or credit card since I took off that option.
Didn't anyone else get this? I know I should not even being ask this and be happy I didn't pay anything but I just want to know.

A little information will be of a great help, witch iPhone did you upgrade, memory , and version of software ( iOS 8.x.x )?
Try restarting you iPhone and make sure you have a god internet connection , get as close to your wifi router (1-3 meter / 2-9 feet ) as possible. Don't use restore to factory settings before you tried other options . And most imported du you have an iCloud backup.

You need to restore the iPad.
Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support
If that will not work, you will need to use Recovery Mode to restore.

There have been some wifi related issues reported with the 4S being updated to IOS 6. There is no turning back once you update so keep that in mind.
I recommend updating via iTunes so that you make a backup of all your data. You may want to make an iCloud backup as well.
Other than that, I don't understand what other functions you are concerned about?

Reset, hold both home and power buttons for about 10 seconds until the iPhone restarts itself. If still problems, Restore iPhone again with iTunes on computer. If you have trouble, put iPhone into Recovery Mode. Open iTunes on computer, connect iPhone to computer with USB cable, hold both home and power buttons for about 20 seconds until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode, click Restore button of iTunes.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

YouTube is no longer native in iOS. There are loads of posts on this, so the search bar can be your friend. There is a YouTube app in the App Store. Download it and you'll have YouTube.
You can NOT get rid of Passbook. It is a new Apple Native App and is built into the iOS. If you don't like it, you can put in a folder or on another page, but you can't delete anything Native.

Sometimes and this is network dependant if they suspect the phone to be lost or stolen as in this case with change of Sim card and provider then the origonal network can and some will block the phone untill you have rang them and proven it's not the case or if you have bough this 2nd hand then the origonal seller may have stopped paying the contract bill and thus the phone is blocked

Generaly, if you have an iTunes card and a valid credit card, you have the option of charging your purchases to eiher one or the other? By default, it goes to your iTunes card, but you can override that.

When you get a call it has some small icons of reminding and message and one white ugly "slide to answer" bar.*** seriously?
People complained about the green bar in IOS 7.0.3. You can't please everyone with everything. Deal with it and move on. Or you can just get a Droid phone and suffer through the bizarre interface changes.

I suggest trying the update again after an hour or two. Sometimes, the notice that an update is available comes an hour or two before the developers actually sends the revised app out to be downloaded.

Got the update button...but no "itunes cannot process..."

I got the update button avaliable for the 2.0 update. I clicked the update button, clicked the learn more button, and the itunes page loaded up and timed out. However, I did not get the error button (the "itunes cannot process..." button) when it timed out.
