I got this from Amazon, what's wrong with these pics?

Great share!  I hate to see this type of thing happen, but glad to see you got it resolved.
For everyone's knowledge... if you feel that you purchased sketch software, you can definitely call the Microsoft anti-piracy hotline at (800) RU-LEGIT, e-mail Microsoft at [email protected] or contact the Business Software Alliance (BSA) anti-piracy hotline at (888) NO-PIRACY to report them like the above post.

I needed another copy of Office 2010 for a new user here. I needed2010 since 2013 isn’t compatible with our PM/EMR systems. I went to Amazon anddid a search for Office 2010. In the list that came up there was a new copy forsale. I ordered this and it came in 2 days later. I already had copies of Office 2010 on our systems so I loadedit off a share and just needed the key. I went to put the new key in and it wouldn’ttake it. Tried it again just to make sure I didn’t fumble the key, still tellingme not a valid key. This got me thinking, OK why isn’t it taking the key. Iwent to one of my coworkers and asked them to read the key off so I can makesure my old eyes were not failing me. Same digits I just tried. He put the disk in his PC and it took a fewminutes to come up to the install screen asking for the key. He inputted thekey and it...

  • What's Wrong with These Rules?

    I can't see what's wrong with these rules. Does any one see the problem?
    Passport data is verified if
    Database provides an exact match for the passport number and date of birth.
    Photo matching is required if
    Passport data is verified.
    Passport photo matches evidentiary photo if
    Photo matching is required and
    Photo match is valid.
    Photo match is valid if
    Photo matching is required and
    user states that photo matches evidentiary photo.
    The investigation session asks the question "does Database provide an exact match ..." Response is True.
    "Photo matching is request" is set to true because "Passport data is verified" is true.
    Then the investigation stops. It doesn't go on and ask if "user states that photo ...". This arrtibute has the value of <unknown>. All the identifiers (red numbers) match up correctly. I just can't see what is wrong.
    Thanks,
    Terry

    Thanks, Brandon,
    Your idea was helpful. It was a goal, but not a top level goal. By checking the data at each step, I found that a higher level rule that was dependent on these rules was the culprit. I should have had an "and" when I had wrote the rule with an "or". I don't entirely understand why this higher level rule needed to have "and" instead of "or", but it works now and that's all I care about.

  • What's wrong with these code?

    Hi, i made the below snippet of code for retriving data from a table in database. but it doesnt work property when i run the program. Could anyone tell me what's wrong with it? Thanx in advance.
    //rs is object of type ResultSet
    //url is one of the column names in a table
    <% if(rs.getString("url")!= null){%>
       <tr>
          <td>URL </td>
          <td>= { <%= rs.getString("url") %> },</td>
      </tr>
    <%}%>

    Without seeing the error message, one can only guess. Some JDBC drivers do not allow you to get a column more than once, so that may be your problem. Store the result of rs.getString("url") in a String variable in the first line, and use that variable in the table cell.

  • For our ELVIS II units, I receive error message -200220. What is wrong with these units when they worked a month ago?

    On several computer stations, we receive the error message -200220 when selecting any instrument on the Instrument Launcher when the Run option is pressed. This message has not been cleared after the computer was rebooted and the Box power cycled. What is wrong?
    I can not find this error code in the product documentation.
    Solved!

    From the screenshot you attached, it looks like there is no device specified on the front panel, which means that the error you see is correct, the device identifier is invalid.  Are there any available devices populated in the Device control?  Does your ELVIS II show up as connected in Measurement and Automation Explorer (MAX)?

  • Hey Apple, what's wrong with these Li ion batteries and PMU?

    One of the reasons why we buy laptop is to use it for travel and work. I am not really happy with the fact that i had to reset the PMU twice in a month, and then have to recalibrate the battery again.
    What is this new Apple paradigm? we buy a laptop for roughly $2500 and it has to be calibrated and reset every month? When is apple going to provide a good answer to this problem?
    I don't buy a MacBook pro because i like playing with the hardware and software, and reading these Apple Discussions, i buy it because i need a working tool, that can work on battery for more than 4 hours for at least 2 years. If it is not the case, then Apple should take steps to replace the deficient part(s) (and please, don't crash my hard drive as it is quite valuable to me!-).
    I like apple products and i have quite a few at home and at work, but it needs to meet users' requirements!
    Thank you!
    MacBook pro 2.33Ghz Intel Core Duo Mac OS X (10.4.9)

    I have to concur with this statement. Having used Mac's for years I'm totally dissappointed with my MBP's reliability. I placed the order during the Job's keynote at Macworld SF last year and waited for weeks for it to arrive.
    I'm now on my third battery and have all sorts of start-up issues. Since the last update 10.4.9 my screen periodically goes dark (from bottom to top, like it's filling up with water) and a message telling me to restart -- I've never seen this on any Mac.
    My display will suddenly lose sync and go all fuzzy (not my second monitor, just the laptop display) for no reason. And, just to add insult to injury, some of the paint underneath my spacebar has started to peel off.
    Not happy with this machine at all and wish I'd stayed on my G4

  • What is wrong with these apps?

    I have a 55" 2014 Bravia and since day one there were some apps on it that I hadn't tried. The other day I tried the Accuweather and NPR apps and NEITHER ONE WORKED!! I believe some of the others don't work either. I mostly use Netflix, Amazon so I hadn't noticed this before. I would think that the weather and NPR would be free apps. Do they require a subscription? They don't even ask for your name or anything. I click on it and they just sit there doing nothing until I give up.

    Nevermind. I found it in the menus. Didn't help. Neither Accuweather nor NPR worked and neither does Pandora and Pandora did work last year and it works fine on my computer.

  • What is wrong with my monitor photo attached

    i just got a macbook pro yesterday and when i was using all of a sudden this came on the screen, and i just restarted it and it was gone. today i turn it on and this happens again. what is wrong with it.

    I view the forum on a 30" display. But no matter how wide the window is, your picture shows with the right side truncated and a scroll bar. It never occurred to me that I needed to scroll to the right to see what the problem was.
    You have a serious Hardware problem, and the graphics hardware is not a separately-replaceable card.
    Take it back. If within the 14-day period, they will just trade for a new one. If after that, they will sometimes just trade for a new one, but THEY make the decision of whether to repair instead.
    If they exchange, the genius Bar can help you copy your files, but it is always better if you have your own Backups before you go.

  • Anyone knows what's wrong with AppleCare?

    An "advisor" told me to ship everything back for a repair for my new iPad, so I did.  Then I got back only the iPad, not to mention they shipped it to the wrong address.  Fortunately it was a false address which doesn'e exist, and FedEx allowed me to do a pickup (after 8 days of not contacting me or Apple, of course).  They were great about shipping me back some new accessories but not the packaging, but they missed a part.  This missing part is taking FOREVER to ship out.  I have called several times in a row just for this little missing dock, which I just need to charge my iPad.  Every time a SENIOR ADVISOR promises me that the missing accessory would be shipped out the next day, but apparently not.  One time, it even took me forever to explain to an advisor what an iPad charger is consisted of (She still didn't understand why an adaptor can be broken into two parts, not counting the USB cord).  I mean, is this some kind of joke?  I even know better than she does.  The iPad was supposed to be a Father's Day gift, and I can't believe how long it's taking me to get this thing done.  Just to clarify, this isn't my first time using AppleCare, and they were NOT like this before.  WHAT IS WRONG WITH APPLE???  And, most importantly, I want my stuff back now and try to apologize to my father about what happened.

    I believe the OP shipped "everything" back, including the 10W wall charger, which was not returned.  I can understand her frustration, but of course, since we are all just users here, I'm not sure what she is hoping we can offer, other than a sympathetic ear.........

  • I can't figure out what's wrong with this code

    First i want this program to allow me to enter a number with the EasyReader class and depending on the number entered it will show that specific line of this peom:
    One two buckle your shoe
    Three four shut the door
    Five six pick up sticks
    Seven eight lay them straight
    Nine ten this is the end.
    The error message i got was an illegal start of expression. I can't figure out why it is giving me this error because i have if (n = 1) || (n = 2) statements. My code is:
    public class PoemSeventeen
    public static void main(String[] args)
    EasyReader console = new EasyReader();
    System.out.println("Enter a number for the poem (0 to quit): ");
    int n = console.readInt();
    if (n = 1) || (n = 2)
    System.out.println("One, two, buckle your shoe");
    else if (n = 3) || (n = 4)
    System.out.println("Three, four, shut the door");
    else if (n = 5) || (n = 6)
    System.out.println("Five, six, pick up sticks");
    else if (n = 7) || (n = 8)
    System.out.println("Seven, eight, lay them straight");
    else if (n = 9) || (n = 10)
    System.out.println("Nine, ten, this is the end");
    else if (n = 0)
    System.out.println("You may exit now");
    else
    System.out.println("Put in a number between 0 and 10");
    I messed around with a few other thing because i had some weird errors before but now i have narrowed it down to just this 1 error.

    The SQL select to_char(sysdate, 'DD-MM-YYYY') from dual; worked well in SQL Plus prompt.
    I got a clean compile when i use just sysdate in the function (see below).
    function currdateFormula return Date is
    curr_date date;

    select sysdate into curr_date from dual;
    return(curr_date);
    end;
    Appreciate your help
    Raja Lakshmi

    hello,
    what you are trying to do :
    fetch the current date and return it as the result of the formula-column.
    what you are actually doing :
    fetch the current date, convert it to text, assign this text to a date-variable which causes an implicit type-conversion.
    in your case you create a date-string with the format dd-mm-yyyy. the implicit conversion then tries to convert this string back to date using the NLS settings of your session. depending on your NLS_LANG and NLS_DATE_FORMAT this might work, if your session-date-format is dd-mm-yyyy which obviously it is NOT as you get the error.
    what you should do :
    select sysdate into curr_date from dual;
    this fetches the sysdate and stores it in your date-variable. there is no type conversion needed what so ever.
    regards,
    the oracle reports team

    Hi, everyone:
    when I insert into table, i use the fellowing SQL:

    I always got an error like;
    VALUES (SELECT TO_DATE(HH_END_DATE||' '||HH_END_TIME,'MM/DD/YY HH24:MI:SS'), HH_SWITCHPORT,
    ERROR at line 3:

    but I can't find anything wrong, who can tell me why?

    For starters, an insert select does not have a values clause.

    ...and why are you doing a UNION on the exact same two queries?
    (SELECT TO_DATE(HH_END_DATE||' '||HH_END_TIME,'MM/DD/YY HH24:MI:SS') ,HH_SWITCHPORT ,HH_SCRIPT ,'N' FROM tmp_healthhit_load WHERE HH_SCRIPT !='BROCHURE' UNION SELECT TO_DATE(HH_END_DATE||' '||HH_END_TIME,'MM/DD/YY HH24:MI:SS') ,HH_SWITCHPORT ,HH_SCRIPT ,'N' FROM tmp_healthhit_load WHERE HH_SCRIPT !='BROCHURE');

    Hi,
    thank you for your answer, but the problem is, if I deleted "values" as you pointed out, and then execute it again, I got error like "ERROR at line 3:
    ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel", and I was then disconnected with server, I have to relogin SQLplus, and do everything from beganing.
    so what 's wrong caused disconnection, I can't find any triggers related. it is so wired?
    I wonder if anyone can help me about this.
    thank you very much

    Hi,
    acturlly what I do is debugging a previous developer's scipt for data loading, this script was called by Cron work, but it never can be successfully executed.
    I think he use union for eliminating duplications of rows, I just guess.
    thank you

    Scratch the VALUES keyword then make sure that the select list matches the column list in number and type.
    1 insert into marktest
    2 (fld1, fld2, fld3, fld4, fld5)
    3* select * from marktest

    try this - just paste the code and give me the error- i mean past the entire error as it is if error occurs
    INSERT INTO xhealthcall_script_data
    (xhc_call_ended, xhc_switch_port, xhc_script_id,
    xhc_fax_specified)
    SELECT TO_DATE (hh_end_date || ' ' || hh_end_time, 'MM/DD/YY HH24:MI:SS'),
    hh_switchport, hh_script, 'N'
    FROM tmp_healthhit_load
    WHERE hh_script != 'BROCHURE'
    UNION
    SELECT TO_DATE (hh_end_date || ' ' || hh_end_time, 'MM/DD/YY HH24:MI:SS'),
    hh_switchport, hh_script, 'N'
    FROM tmp_healthhit_load
    WHERE hh_script != 'BROCHURE';

    Hi, Jagan:
    thank you very much for your answer.
    but when I execute it, I still can get error like:
    ERROR at line 1:
    ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel
    so wired, do you have any ideas?
    thank you very much

    And this one,
    Aother question about SQL?
    I thought I already told him to deal with
    ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel
    problem first.
    There's nothing wrong (syntax wise) with the query. (of course when no "value" in the insert)

    I just wanted to leave a note that it's working now. I'm not sure if it was the latest iTunes update that got it working or that i decided to start a new library instead of using the one i had backed up on Windows 8 (it didn't occur to me to check using the old library when i re-installed iTunes). But if anyone is having this problem, it might be worth trying again with a new installation of iTunes to see if the latest update works for you, and if not, try using a fresh library instead of a backup (by fresh library i mean discard your old library completely and start a new library, not just restore as new iPhone, a whole new library).

  • What is wrong with this subscription?

    Hi,
    I have read most of the posts about subscription here and still I can't find a satisfactory answer...
    Here is my problem:
    I've got a 150mins Dominican Republic landlines subscription, which I purchased on the 9 Dec 2010 for a year. During that period (until now) I have never been able to tell when my minutes will restart... the process seems to be random and frankly quite arbitrary. The same subscription was renewed on the 9 Dec 2011 (I've already got a payment receipt for it!), however it is Dec 12 and still I've got no signs of my minutes. What is wrong with your system of subscriptions? How can I work out when each month I'll receive the minutes from the subscription? Why the minutes can not simply be reloaded at the same day each month?
    I am looking forward to your assistance.
    Regards.

    I'll gladly explain the minutes reset.
    Limited subscriptions are reset based on initial purchase date and time.
    Here's how you can find out the exact date and time
    1) Open your order history by clicking on this link
    2) Locate the first subscription payment (not recurring payment)
    3) Click on order ID
    (You should see something like this)
    This means that subscription minutes are reset every month on the 12th 17:47 GMT
    GMT time: http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/
    I hope this clarified the subscription reset.
    Note: If subscription was not reset as expected then please contact customer service:
