I got this message on my laptop when I tried to snyc my iPhone:

The iTunes library.itl is locked, on a locked disk, or you do not have write permission for file. I have had no problems until yesterday afternoon. I un-installed and re-installed iTunes and still get the same message. I even get the message when just trying to open my iTunes.
Can anyone help me with this problem??
