I Had 4 more Months Left for My One to One but the Website is all of the Sudden...

I purchased the One to One after the first year was over because I received an email asking if I wanted to purchasee another year. all was good, I was using it mostly for my MBP and I would go to the website for the Apple Store near me, sign in and reserve a time for a One to One appointment. I recently saw that the local apple Store had changed their website around, and I did not attend a One to One for about 4 months. I purchased an iPhone 5 and went to the Apple Store to purchae Applecare for the new iphone. I was curious so I asked the sales guy to check how much I had left for the One to One. he said about 4 months. when I came home I tried to sign in on the website I used before and it keeps saying 'this apple ID does not have any One to One sessions left. I looked at my receipt and I should have about 4 months left. I have no idea who to contact. I called the store and the person who answered the phone told me they cannot take care of this at the store level. he did not know who to send me to. Does anybody have any idea who I can call to get help with trying to get the 4 months back? when I did get the iPhone 5 recently, I did have trouble getting to sign into iCloud, but I went to the website and signed in twice there and that did something that allowed me to sign in to icloud on my iPhone. I do not know if that had anything to do with it, but it is the same Apple ID and password.

May be your carrier but try a reset:
Hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons until the screen goes dark and the Apple logo appears

Try launching Photoshop choosing Trial instead of a purchase.

Then once inside, go to Help > Sign in... There, use the email address and password for your account and it should activate.
If that does not work, could you tell me what version of PS you have and what os version you are using? -
How can I find out this person who has been emailing me every few months. I have one of the emails full header that I retrieved on my iPhone. I omitted my email address for privacy, but mostly it is original. Is this email a scam? I don't know who this person is. Thanks in advance!

Formatting on several websites is incorrect. Everything loads on the left hand side one after the other. Clearing 'Everything' from the search history fixes the problem temporarily, for a very short time. I've been using Firefox for years and I've only recently been getting this problem. It's been happening on both Windows 7 and 8. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it but this problem has only arose since I upgraded to fiber power broadband, 100Mb. I can not back up my iPhone. It says I need more storage space. I purchased more space and icloud says it is there, but the phone is not recognizing this and continues to say that I need to purchase more space in order to back it up. Any ideas?

Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

Thanks for taking the time. Unfortunately no that does not solve it. Same as swipe it will get me there and it will show separate programs spaced out. The issue I am having is that all my open word files are bunched up in a pile on top of each other. I can see the edges of each one but I want them to be separated from each other enough that I can visually identify what file is what.

I bought a new keyboard for my iMac (10.5) but the f1,f2,f3, etc. buttons don't work. Rather, f14 is the adjustment for brightness. How do I change it back to normal?
Certain older Macs can't use later version Apple keyboards.
Various aluminum models were compatible with later model
G5 PowerMac and iMac, while the older could only use older
model keyboards. Third party USB keyboards from a variety
of makers other than Apple may work OK.
Be sure the Mac OS X is updated to the last Combo and
then see if there is any other software update is available.
Not sure now (years have gone by) if there was a firmware
update applicable to the older Macs so they could use later
metal keyboards. I'd found several white USB polycarbonate
Apple keyboards to work with most of the last PPC Macs;
and bought spares as available, metal / newer didn't work
with mine. Several white plastic ones can work w/ intelmac.
There were keyboard model numbers (Apple) noted to work
with aluminum PowerMac G5, while others that look other-
wise identical (except number on keyboard) did not work...
Too new, and they weren't supported. Worked w/Intel-Mac.

My external Time Machine disk is almost full. I know TM is supposed to erase the oldest back-ups to make room for newer ones but is it safe for me to just erase the back-ups from 2 or so years ago to make room for TM as well as anything else I might want to add to this external drive?
Time Machine makes room for backups as necessary in a complex and sophisticated fashion, and it's not something to mess with lightly.
