I had a iphone 4 and upgraded to a 5s, I backed up my photos to icloud on my 4 but now do not know how to access them now that I have the 5s. So I can't retreive my 400 pix from my old backup. Help!????

Did you restore the backup of your iPhone 4 to your iPhone 5? That would restore the camera roll photos along with app data, text messages, ringtones, apps and other purchased media, etc.

How do i access my photos that were saved in icloud storage from before i had to reset everything. I know the photos can still somehow be accessed because icloud showed that space was being taken up for photos straight after i had reset the device and there were no photos there on the device at the time. Where is the movie rental tab on iTunes? I downloaded two films, but do not know how to access them on iTunes.
There is nothing to download.
You first must purchase the service in iTunes and let the intial scan, match and upload process complete. Then you can activate it on your iPhone by going to Settings > Music and set the option for "iTunes Match" to ON. -

Delete them from your phone and then do another backup.

So, when I plugged in my new iPhone to my computer, all my music, info, pictures, etc was uploaded from the last time I had synced my old iPhone that was stolen. I'm happy I didn't lose everything, but I also had purchased at least $30 in music on my old iPhone (NOT through the computer, just off my device) since that last sync. So my problem is, my iTunes account completely realizes I've purchased all that music but it is NO where in my purchased library on my computer or new iPhone (so the whole "just right-click and transfer you purchases" gimmick is a no-go). And when I go to the individual songs I'd bought to try and get them back, all it says is I've already bought the song but won't tell me the NO MAN'S LAND that these songs are hiding in!!
I've looked up a bunch of threads and am still unsuccessful. I know that I should be able to get these purchases back onto my new iPhone and my authorized computer but I just have no idea how. It is becoming increasingly frustrating and I realllly do not want to spend another $30 on stuff I've already bought so anything would be helpful at this point.

OliviaThis was EXACTLY what I needed about the purchases I made from my device. However, is there a way to re-download other ones you've made from a computer? Because I realized some of them were not just purchased from my device.

if you are sure your contacts are still available at iCloud.com, then you've probably turned off contact syncing on the phone.
Go to settings > iCloud and turn contacts on. -
I need help! I cannot access my iTunes from my window's. I keep getting message "error 7" and also MSVCR80.dll missing. I do not know how to access this?

Do you have the purchased serial number? What computer operating system?
If you purchased from Adobe direct, you can get download installation files from "My Orders" at the Adobe web site under your Adobe ID and Password (http://www.adobe.com).
Alternatively, you can use the following Adobe document with links to the downloads....

I just purchase an IPhone5C to upgrade from my IPhone4, but I do not know how to get all of my photos that were on ICloud on my Photo Stream (875 photos), on to my new phone. I thought that since my 5C can see Icloud that all photos would be there... Can someone help me get the pics from my Iphone4 to the 5C?
Photostream in the cloud only keeps photos from the last 30 days (subject to a 1,000 photo limit). When photostream syncs the photos to your device they will stay there (subject to a 1,000 photo limit) until deleted, which means you may well have more photos in your photostream album on your device than there are in photostream in the cloud.
The consequence of this is that if you turn photostream off and on again on your device (or enable it for the first time), it will only be populated with photos from the last 30 days, which may not be all the photos that were previously in the photostream album on that device. -

Try this ..
On your Mac open System Preferences > iCloud
Deselect the box next to: Notes
Then reselect it.
Give iCloud a few minutes to re sync the data.

I have downloaded the 30 day free trial using Adobe Download Assistant but I do not know how to open it and start using it.
This was so annoying!! It took me a good couple of hours but i figured it out, you need to do the following: Go to the folder where you saved the download (in my case i saved it in My Downloads) -> click on 'Adobe Photoshop Elements 12' -> click on 'PSE 12' -> click on 'Setup' (select the icon which is a box with a shield) -> follow instructions and....voila! You will need to restart when it suggests so save anything else first, then when it reboots you should see the icon on your desktop....hpe this helps!
