I wrote a personal story and of course did not keep a copy of it. It was in my bookmarks for a few years,
this story is very very important to me as I went through a real hardship and wrote about the "Feelings"
one would have. I also had my picture attached to it. PLEASE FIND IT, Or TELL ME HOW!!!
The name of the bookmark of course was "Feelings" Thank you, David Price

Have you tried the search bar in the bookmarks? What or where did you
put the file you want, to a public / private service? Have you tried any
internet search engines? Is it that the bookmark is gone, or not working
properly? If the latter, the file may have been moved or deleted. Try
contacting the site manager.

Go into your account in the App Store, sign out, do a Reset [Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 10 seconds or so (until the Apple logo appears) and then release. What versionn of iPhoto? Of the OS? what exactly did you do and how exactly did you import? what happens? are they in the Last Import list? What is the source fo the photos? What else can you tell us?

Hmmm. There's a couple of things that might be going on with that one.
Let's try an uninstall and reinstall of QuickTime first.
If you're using XP, head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel. Select "QuickTime", click "Change" and then click "Remove".
If you're using & or Vista, head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select QuickTime, and then click "Uninstall".
You can get QuickTime back either via Apple Software Update (in your Start menu go "All Programs > Apple Software Update" ... QuickTime should appear in the "New Programs" section), or by downloading a QuickTimeInstaller.exe from the following location:

Since I updated to Yosemite I no longer have my address book. It held physical addresses and other info. Now I can only find contacts.

I have a MacBook Pro 2.4 GHz Intel Core i7 with 8 GB of memory. I recently updated the operating system to Yosemite. Now I can no longer find my address book. Contacts is in order but I need the physical addresses, groups, etc. in my address book.
How do I find it?

Why are apple constantly trying to fix something that was working very well before they touched it?
Why did you upgrade if you were happy with what you had? No one from Apple came round and forced you to upgrade.
You might want to explain this more fully. Where did you keep these folders on your HD?
Oh, and the simple solution is to restore from the back up you made just before upgrading - you did make one, right?

I used to be able to close the browser and still have the download box open and still download stuff but now I can't...what happened???!!!

I was in the process of downloading something tonight and decided to close my browser. Unfortunately, the download window also closed and that meant my download was gone and I would have to start over again.
I went back and started the download again and the download box showed the file picked up where it left off but when I closed the browser the same thing happened again; the download box closed when I closed the browser.
The reason I close the browser is because my downloads download faster when the browser is closed and now that option is closed to me.
Is this a new feature if so I don't like it as a matter of fact I would say I'm very pissed off with this new development. Please go back to fixing it so I can close the browser and still download.

I went to about:config like you suggest and changed the the thing you said. There is no improvement. Instead of my browser and the download box closing when I click on exit button/link now a box pops up with the message "If you exit now, 1 download will be canceled. Are you sure you want to exit?
I don't need a box to warn me that if I exit that the downloads manager would close as well...I already know that and that's the problem. I want a way to stop the download manager box from closing when I exit the browser like it used to.

No plan showed up on my account management to cancel, so I called and got a number, now I can't find how to end this subscription

I logged on to my account when I received an E-mail telling me to fix my account payment settings. When I logged on there was no plan in my account management to cancel, so I called and received a number and assurance that this months charge would be canceled. I'm not sure where to enter this cancellation code or when my refund will be accommodated, so that is why I'm writing this today.

If it can be accomplished whilst iPhone is in UK
Fortunately all the Aussie carriers do offer unlocking

The iphone warranty is not international. It is based from the original country of purchase. You will need to ship to someone you know in the Canada to bring it to Apple for evaluation. Then that person will have to ship the phone back to you. Shipping and insurance will be at your expense. In the terms of the iphone warranty:

You can sync it to your iPod by:
To sync to your iPod go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Sync your iPod.... and follow the instructions.
You can also redownlaod iTunes purchases directly to the iPod by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
