    I am have a problem installing Creativ Cloud Desktop. I donload it on to my computer and start the setup. It says initailizing installer, then an error type of message pops up telling me to install CC, even though I just tried to.

    Every time I try to install Creative Cloud, this message pops up saying, "Adminitrative privileges are required to continue with installation."  I Am on the administrator account and i'm not sure what I should do. Does anyone know how to deal with this?

    How many times do you need to install Creative Cloud ? Ideally it is a one time process, once installed you can access it from the task bar (in Windows) and on top-right of Mac (Near the clock).

    The prompt you may be getting could be of UAC (user access control) set on your computer. Which is a windows features.

    If you want you can turn off this feature fro Control panel.

    I had installed creative cloud and decided to try out illustrator and indesign. i however had to do a system resore shortly after. i have reinstalled creative cloud but cant re access the files i had created or re install the illustrator or indesign

  • Lightroom 5.7 problem after installing Creative Cloud Photoshop 2014 Trial.

    My Lightroom was working fine earlier today. However I wanted to edit some photos from my new Fuji x100T in Photoshop. When I tried to go into my CC 5 Photoshop, it wouldn't load the photos because my Camera Raw Plug-In wasn't up to date and when I tried to update it, it wouldn't update it for CC5 past the version I already had which is 6.7. So I broke down and downloaded the Photoshop CC 2014 trial so I would have the most recent Camera Raw Plug In. After installing it, I tried to open Lightroom and got the message: "Configuration Error. Pleas uninstall and reinstall the product. If this problem still occurs, please contact Adobe technical support for help and mention Error 5. I have never had to uninstall a Lightroom version to be able to install an upgrade and I am concerned about losing information (presets, ratings,Maybe photos) if I do. Not sure why I am getting this message for a program which was working perfectly up to the moment I installed the CC Photoshop Trial. Help! I have work I need to do in Lightroom (and Photoshop) tonight and it is a big problem that I can't use Lightroom.

    Thank you for your reply.
    No, I am not using Windows. I’m using Yosemite 10.10.2 on a MacBook Pro.
    I ended up trashing (There was no “Uninstall" option) my old Lightroom (which was 5.7), reinstalling Lightroom 5 and then upgrading it to 5.7. Now seem to be working alright.
    I uninstalled Creative Cloud 6 and went back to using CS5, using Lightroom to render the files, since I can’t use the latest Camera Raw versions with CS5, so I could work on them in Photoshop. Not an ideal solution. I wouldn’t mind upgrading to CC6 but not if it messes up everything else.
    Quite honestly, I don’t understand why an Adobe user should have to depend on other Adobe customers for answers about Adobe problems. Adobe should have a strong customer support group to handle these problems, particularly when they are caused by Adobe. I have been an Adobe customer for at least 10 years. I like the products but the customer support needs to be improved. Apple does a better job.

    If you are on MAC Open Activity Monitor and check for Creative Cloud, it it Running Quit it
    MAC HD /Applications/Utilities/Activity Monitor
    If you are on Windows check in task manager
    Ctrl + shift +  Esc keys

    I signed up for the 30-day free trial of CC, went to install -- getting error messages on my 2008 MacPro running Mavericks 10.9.3.  "Creative Cloud Desktop failed to install (Error code 1)" and when trying to download an app, "Safari can't open...  OSX doesn't recognize internet addresses starting with 'aam."  Any help?  Thanks!

  • Problem in installing SAP NW Trial Version 7.0?

    I have an issue with SAP NW 7.0 Trial Version. I have installed this Trial Version earlier on my system. But due to some circumstances, I had uninstall it and try to install once again. But while copying from "sdn" it shows, page cannot display error and I'm unable to install the same 2 zip files on my system.
    Kindly let me know that how can I install the same version again on my system.

    There was an issue with the download some time back as even I was not able to download the Trial Version but it has now been resolved.
    You will now be able to download the NetWeaver Trial Version.

    Before i sign up to Creative Cloud for the year, i would like to give the trial version a go first.
    But will i be able to save any work i do in the trial version to my computer?

    Yes, you will be able to save the work in Trial version, you get all the features of a Full verison for 30 days. Once you past 30 days, you can activate the software by buying them and keep using.

  • Trying to install Creative Cloud Packager.

    Runs for a while then error message A12E1 appears.  What am I doing wrong? I clicked on the Get Started button from the email after paying for our user license for Creative Cloud. All previously installed Creative Cloud trial products have been uninstalled from the PC I'm trying to install on. I've had the license for several days and still can't get the products installed.

    Seems the email from Adobe sent me to Creative Cloud Package Launcher when it should have directed me to Creative Cloud installer for Teams.  Problem resolved.
