Yes, the printer is on, it’s selected in Printer Set-Up & I’ve never had this problem before. It’s definitely a Photoshop issue as every other type of file prints fine. I’ve uninstalled Pshop & am now reinstalling. Hope that will do the trick.

When starting Windows 7 Sync Notifier reports "The procedure entry point sqlite3_wal_checkpoint could not be located in the dynamic link library SQLite3.dll." Any suggestions as to how to rectify this issue?

With Windows Explorer, navigate to your C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support folder.
Copy the SQLite3.dll that you should find there, navigate to the nearby Mobile Device Support folder, and Paste it in there also.
Restart the programme all should be well
In case that your OS is (64 bit)
    1. Open windows explorer, go to location C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
    2. Copy file "SQLite3.dll"
    3. Now paste it in the folder  C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support
    4. Restart the programme, it should not display that message, it should be clear.

  • Receiving message: "another device on the network is using your computer's IP address"; what should I do?

In the last two days I have received this message on my iMac:  "Another device on the network is using your computer's IP address..."  What should I do?

There are a lot of ways this can occur, but most common is from having devices setup and on a router for a long time and then adding devices and cycling the router.  Devices that do not power cycle retain the old IP address.  You can shutdown all devices, then power down the router, disconnect power so it is truly shut down, wait about five minutes then power up the router.  Give it a couple minutes to capture a new IP address, then one-by-one power up the devices giving each a couple minutes to capture an address.  That should then have all devices with unique addresses.

I am having the same issue. And today, I noticed that when I was talking on the phone, the volume went down low. I had to reboot the phone, so that the volume was up again. Mostly, though, it's my music that I am having issues with.
Same issue as listed above. iPhone 4S. IOS6.

    Hi lukeshk,
If I understand correctly and you're having trouble accessing the iTunes Store in iOS 7 on your iPad, I would recommend this article of troubleshooting:
Can't connect to the iTunes Store

I'd also suggest running through these:

Can someone tell me why, since upgrading to Yosemite, I keep getting a message window saying "Another device on the network  is using your computer's IP address?"

That may be what is a fairly common problem of 2 devices mistakenly assigned the same address. Try shutting off all of the devices connected to your router, reboot the router and then the devices connected to it.

  • HT201184 What does this mean? How do I fix it?  "Another device on the Network is using your computer IP address (then it gives current IP address)"

"Another device on the Network is using your computer IP address" is plaguing me.  What can I do to correct this?  It seems to come on after it has been inactive for some time.

    Hi Delores,
What Encrytion does your Router/Modem use?
This might mean your Mac is set to a Static/Manual IP instead of using DHCP to request an IP, or another device is starting up with a Static IP & kicking your Mac off the Router.
If this is Wifi/Airport with little or no encryption,it could be somebody outside causing it.
How many things are connecting there?

  • I plugged my iPad in to charge last night.  This morning, it won't turn on, anybody have any suggestions as to what is going on?  I have only had this iPad for a little over a month!

I plugged my iPad in to charge last night.  I plugged it into the wall and I have never had any problems.  I have had this iPad for a little over a month.  This morning, when I went to look something up, it wasn't responding.  It won't turn on, I get nothing on the screen, and if I plug it in to charge, to the wall or my computer, nothing happens.  Has anyone else had this issue?  I can't think of what else to try or what to do next.

First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.
If that doesn't help I suggest having a technician look at your iPad. Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support.

  • What do I do when I continually get the message 'another device on the network is using your computer's IP address' on my iMac?

Hwe continually get this message on our iMac even when other devices in the same room can access the network (laptop, iPad etc). We have tried using a fixed IP address and also an automatic IP selection but to no avail. Any suggestions,

What that means is you were forcing your Mac to always use the network address 123.456.7.89 since you had manually assigned that. Normally this would be fine, your router would check for active addresses in use and assign a different address to any computer or device trying to join the network. The problem could arise if your Mac is off-line and the router has already assigned the IP address to one of your other computers. When you tried to log in with your Mac you would get the conflict message that you have noticed.
Setting all computers to using DHCP will let the router handle the addressing.
I would check all of your computers and PC's. You may have more than one of your computers set to manually assign an address using that same IP address. Make sure you set all of them to DHCP only. Also, check if you have any other IP devices like a printer or NAS drive that is using static addressing. Those can cause the same issues.
It is prefered to use static addressing with those as it makes it easier to find them on the network and since they are pretty much always left on, the router knows they are there.
On your Mac go to System Preferences > Network > Advanced > TCP/IP:
    What is shown should read:
    Confugure IPv4
    IPv4 Address
    Subnet Mask
    Router
Configure iPv4 using DHCP with manual address
    Change that to "Using DHCP"
Apply the change and close the window.
I warn you, I've not yet received my first Mac and it's only an educated guess. I hope it helps.

  • HT1904 I can't download or update my existing apps because my credit card on file has a zero balance. Everything I'm trying to do is free though. Any suggestions as to how to correct this problem???

I am not bake to update existing or download new apps in iTunes due to having a zero balance on the credit card on the account even though they're free! I don't know how to fix this, can anyone help?

    Hey Melissavencill,
Thanks for the question. It sounds like your issue stems from the insufficient funds on the credit card. Because the iTunes Store requires active payment information simply adding a separate card, or an iTunes Gift Card may resolve your issue.
The iTunes Store will place a minimal authorization hold on your credit card each time that you update your account information (equal to around 1 USD or your local currency equivalent). The authorization hold isn't a charge. The authorization hold is placed on your credit card to make sure that the information provided matches the information on file with your financial institution. The authorization hold won't appear in your iTunes Store purchase history.
