I had created my apple id for my iPhone but i am unable to install free apps for that it ask me to insert credit card details and i don't have credit card so i could not purchase free apps on store.

- You can try editing your acount to say none for credit card but usually that opion is not avaialbe.
- Purchase an iTunes gift card and redeem that for the payment method.

You cannot download the same Apps that you have on your iPhone. They are two seperate stores.
The store you have on your iPhone is the same for any iDevice (iPad, iPhone and iPod)
The store on your MacBook is only for Macs. -

To show the reflected name, make sure to sign out of your current Apple ID and then sign in with the new one. You can do that in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and tap the Apple ID name and a prompt will come up with multiple option and one of them is Sign Out. Then tap it again to sign in with the correct spelling to get you going.

Go to www.ecamm.com and d/l PhoneView.
To prevent a sync when plugging in the iPod/iPhone - hold down the 'option' and the 'command' keys when plugging in the iPod/iPhone - key the keys down until the iPod/iPhone is listed under the Devices list in iTunes - this will prevent a sync from taking place.
With PhoneView you can take the content from the device to the iTunes library.

You cannot download using Safari at all on the iPad so I'm not sure what you are trying to do. You can only download content from one of the Apple Stores on the iPad - iTunes, the App Store or iBooks.

What is the actual error message that you are getting ?
For a credit card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are. If it is and if you are getting a message about it being declined then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes Support (these are user-to-user forums) and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption -

I restore my iPhone 4S on iTunes after the restore was completed the iPhone was restarted and now asking for valid SIM card which I didn't,t have and I was using the iPhone with wifi, and now can't use it because the screen is locked for SIM card. Can anyone help me please.

And you are 100% sure its locked to them? How can you know this? While GCI does not offer unlocking that does not mean the phone is actually locked to it. Get off your high horse.
Its possible the original owner had an unlocked phone. he was using with GCI. Or that GCI doesn't actually have locked phones. Seeing as they don't even have their own infrastructure but instead use AT&T's I doubt they'd have iPhones specifically locked to them and that would be the reason they do not offer unlocking (because there's nothing for them to unlock). And just to clarify, I'm not saying for a fact its not locked to them. It very well maybe be, but without knowing more about the phone and going by the fact GCI uses AT&T infrastrucure its possible its not locked. But here's no way to say for sure either way.
Trying a Sim card from AT&T or another carrier might just help the OP if its actually unlocked or locked to AT&T rather than GCI. -
How do I get apple to deactivate my old iCloud account I have no password for it or for the email address. Phoned the number given by Apple and told I'd have to pay for technical help.

If None is not available - On your computer launch iTunes and click "iTunes Store" in the left navigation pane. Click the "down arrow" next to your name at the top right side of the page and click "Account." Enter your username and password and click "View Account" to log into your account information. Next to your Payment Type, click "Edit." Select the "None" button and click "Done." Confirm that your card has been removed by returning to the Apple account information screen. Under Payment Type, it should say that there is no credit card on file.
