You probably cannot get a refund, since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

It's possible they'll make an exception for you.

Hi, I have HTC Legend on Android 2.2. I just can't download Firefox on my phone, because after scanning the QR code and clicking on the link "download for Android" there appears a "Not found" mistake window which informs me that requested file has not been found. Hi, I have an iPad Air. Had downloaded pages app that got deleted by mistake. Now am unable to down load it again. App Store says "you have already purchased this app so it will be downloaded now at no additional charges" but it does not download!!! Pls suggest and help!

KristineFinish the download on your computer in iTunes and then sync the app to the iPad and then delete it. You will probably have to let it fully download before you can delete it.
You can try restarting the iPad and see if the download will resume - Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Yoy can try this as well and see if the download will resume. Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Look in iTunes and see if there is a pending download in there that might be causing the delay. If there is a download there, try to finish that one first. -
I just upgraded a full version of "ISO Fits" app from App Store 2 days ago but the upgrade wasn't successful. I reported the problem to the developer but had not received any reply. What should I do?
1. You did not get an error message telling you that your iPhoto library was getting full. You got a message telling you that your HD was getting full, right?
OS X needs about 10 gigs of hard drive space for normal OS operations - things like virtual memory, temporary files and so on.
Without this space your Mac will slow down as the OS hunts for space on the disk, files will be fragmented, also slowing things down, apps will crash and the risk of data corruption - that is damage to your files, photos, music - increases exponentially.
Your first priority is to make more space on that HD. Nothing else can be done until you do.
Purchase an external HD and move your Photos and Music to it. Both iPhoto and iTunes can run perfectly well with the Library on an external disk.
Your Library has been damaged from being run on an overfull disk.
How much free space on it now? -

Hello, i've downloaded an app from The App Store on iTunes (Call of Duty) and when i wanted to sync it to my iPhone5 it stops in step 5 *detemining apps to sync* what should i do? i don't want to restore my iPhone.
You cannot call anyone. You contact them as everyone else does: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
You delete the app as you do any other app. Hold an icon until they wiggle. Tap the "x". This is covered in the manual. -
What can I do to get back to a point that I can directly purchase Apps from my itouch via wi-fi. I was able to before I purchased an app on my PC and loaded it into the device via the sync cable. My itouch 2G was bought 2nd hand, so when trying to get Apple support I was unable to register my device because I didn't know it's original purchase date. Note: I am still able to download the apps to my computer and load/sync them into the device.
