If you loat the passsord to the encrypted backup you cancontinue to use the iPod and to sync but you can' restore frombackup. o be able to restore frm backup again you will have to restore the iPod to factory defaults/new iPod and start anew.

Forgotten the password for my previous MMC

I had a Nokia 6110 - have now upgraded to a 6120 but upon inserting my old MMC, my phone asked for a security code. I suspect someone else used my phone and set a code for the card. How do I unlock the MMC in my new phone?

Does it only ask for the security code in the new phone? If your original phone doesn't, then perhaps put the mmc back in the original phone and look over your memory card settings and options for a way to disable the security code.

There are different ways of resetting your user password depending on the Mac OS X version you are running. Open  > About this Mac, and tell me which OS X version you are running.

If it's 10.7 or 10.8, reset the password using your Apple ID as stated in the link above. If it doesn't work, try to reset the password using Terminal > http://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4101

you can reset your password. restart, and hold down Command-s before the apple logo appears (when the screen is white). you will see scrolling scripts until you see something like "root:" then type /sbin/mount -uw / to mount the disk. after that, type sudo passwd admin or whatever your admin password is. type in the new password two times. it doesn't show what you typed when you type the password so make sure you are pressing the right keys. after you done that, type exit to start up the computer. now you will be able to login with the new password.

The apple id login is never deleted. The emaill address itself can be disabled or not in use any longer. The apple id login will still be available to you. If you will go to the website My Apple Id
https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/
and use the listed apple id login that your apps are asking for to update - once you have changed the password at the lsted website you then will be able to update using the old apple id once you have logged into the device using the old apple id and password.

Tried resetting password, reset the password for other account.

I currently have two itunes accounts, and when I tried to reset the password for one of them, it reset the password for the other instead. After reseting the password by entereing email 1, I tried to log in with it, it did not work. I got very angry but then had an idea, so I entered email 2 and the new password and it worked. Why is it that I reset the password for account 2 even though when reseting the password I entered email 1? I can not reset the password for account 1, making it immpossible to update the apps purchased with it. I am beyond irate with itunes for this, not to mention the fact that it didn't send the reset conformation email until the third try!!!

You can reset SAP* password after that logging using SAP* password PASS you can reset DDIC password for the client .
Run this in SQL*Plus
DELETE FROM SAPSID.USR02 WHERE MANDT='<CLIENT>'
AND BNAME='SAP*';
You will require additional DBA skill set to reset DDIC password ( Which is not recommanded aslo )
The best option I would suggest .
1)Delete SAP* using above query .
2)Logon using SAP* password pass
3)Reset DDIC password.

There is no way to reset. Once you have forgotten the password for the backup, you can no longer use that backup. You will need to delete that backup and remove the checkmark by Encrypt backup so you would be able to use backups again.

Changing the password for PI service users

Based on the SLD configuration document, i have changed the SLDAPIUSER to PIAPPLUSER while configuring SLD.
I have the following queries:
1. When i executed sldcheck transaction, business systems are not displayed even though we maintained the business systems in SLD. When i access sldapicust transaction, the user name i gave was PIAPPLUSER. is there any connection between this transaction and the SLD.... That is will the system check for the user provided in sldapicust transaction with that of SLD side?
2. When will the business systems be displayed in sldcheck?
I have specified PIAPPLUSER in SLDAPICUST transaction. We are not able to login to R/3 using PIAPPLUSER id. Is this the reason we are not able to see the business systems in Sldcheck transaction?
I have configured LCRSAPRFC and SAPSLDAPI RFC connection and it is working fine...
3. Can we log on with PI service users like PIAPPLUSER, SLDAPIUSER, PIAPPLUSER in R/3 side....? We are able to login with PISUPER, PIDIRUSER users...Can we change the password for service users?
4. After changing the passwords for service users in su01as well as in exchage profile, do we need to restart the J2EE engine? If so is it enough that we can restart from SMICM transaction-> Administration ->J2ee Instance(local) -> Restart or we need to restart from MMC

1)Check the password for PIAPPLUSER.
2)As long as PIAPPLUSER is service user ,you cannot log in.If you want to check the password then change the user type to Dialog then log in.But remember that you revert back to service user once your work is done.
3) We cannot login with service users but if you want to log in then change the user type to Dialog from SU01.
4)No need restart the J2EE Engine after changing the passwords.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased. That is how it works
iOS: Forgot passcode or device disabled
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode.
