I had iTunes installed on now defunct computers. How can I disable these so I can authorize other computers?

I had iTunes installed on a couple of old computers back when I was in college. Both were PCs running Windows and both are long dead and iTunes only allows for authorization on 5 computers. How can I deactivate my iTunes accounts for these old devices so that I can free up authorization for future computers?
