If you install on a third computer, it will request you to de-activate on the other two computers. You can then reactivate one of the previous two computers, and use Creative Cloud apps on it.

If you've just added an address to your account then it will be an alternate/secondary email address, a rescue email address can only be added by answering 2 of your security questions. If you already had one on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email addressthen you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down this page to add a rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312

You cannot use a UK carrier sim in Chile unless you are a UK customer and have roaming set up with the UK carrier and the Chinease carriers do not offer unlocking so I doubt the iphone is unlocked

If you can't remember them then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 to 48 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox). A month or two ago Apple had temporarily suspended the reseting of security question/answers whilst account security processes were improved, but that may now have finished.

How can I allow user to customize the functionality of program at runtime? (not using runtime code compilation)

Using .NET Framework 4.0 what features are available that would allow to accomplish something very modular and user customizable, like depicted in this XML. Where I define specific base operations like Get() and Put() methods that operate on strings.
And allow the user to add and remove those or mix and match them in a way that they basically design their own run time functionality that suits them. So they just create their own 'Operation' and fill it with the operations they want to perform on some
incoming data type, in this case it is a string - with substring and insert methods.
EDIT - Assuming end user is non programmer and Dynamic Code compilation is not an option. I have an idea maybe using dynamic keyword, but not sure if it makes what i suggest possible.

What id shows at the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on your phone ? If it's not your id then tap on it and log out of it and you can then log in with your id.
If you have any apps or other content from the id that is currently showing then that content will be tied to that id e.g. only that account will be able to download updates to its apps and make in-app purchases in those apps

Glad they finally added a "Home Videos" tag, but wish that it was a compeltely separate category like Music, Movies, TV Shows. Still have all my home videos tagged as a "TV Show" with track numbers to keep them in order, disc number x of 12 to indicate the month, and season used to indicate the year. Has worked nicely for years but every new version of iTunes I hope (and have suggested) that they will separate this out.
A real way to maintain home movie metadata and organization would be much appreciated. Giving Home Videos as a tab within Movies is a start, but doesn't recognize the fact that these kinds of videos are completely different from "Movies." People scroll through or look for movies by name, home videos by date or event (more like iPhoto organizes things). Nobody wants to hunt for baby's first steps in a big alphabetical list somewhere between "The Avengers" and "Willy Wonka."

Right in the middle of browsing I started getting the unable to connect box for every site I tried. I upgraded to the latest version and it still is not able to connect to anything. Any ideas what the problem is?

Today's the last day to sign up. Use Adobe Chat. Open 24 hrs. day, 7 days. Don't bother with the telephone. Clearly write out your situation, and what you want done. Save the chat dialog, in case you need it later. Look for and save the email confirmations. Here's what worked for me: "I purchased Photoshop CC August 12, 2013 (order # AD0089-----) for $9.99 per month for one year. Since that date, Adobe has offered unlimited $9.99 for the Photoshop Photography Program, which includes additional software. Has my account been upgraded to that newer program? If not, can you please do so? Thank you!" In my case, the Adobe chatperson was probably juggling multiple chats at the same time. He cancelled my existing CC. Provided me the link to sign up for the Photoshop Photography Program. I signed up, and paid. I received two emails–1. canceling the old (Your Creative Cloud membership has transitioned from Paid to Free), and, 2. confirmation of the new subscription (We received your payment - thank you! Here are the details about that order for your records). Success.

Well it’s not easy it seems. Some got help in two minutes others, like us, nothing?????
Perhaps it only works in the USA not in Europe?
