I had just started on Creative Cloud
I had just started on Creative Cloud and I went to download Photoshop and it already says my free trial is already expired. My son had Photoshop on this computer before and lost the account information. I wanted to try it for myself and created an account and when I downloaded Photoshop, it says my trial is expired. Please help!
I am sorry , trial period once expired cannot be extended,
Trial period is counted as per Machine ID . it does not matter which account you are using .
however if you had installed CC 2014 version .
You may try installing different version of Photoshop like CC or CS 6 .

Hi I am just now downloading Creative Clouds :-) as an upgrade from an old Creative Suite 5.5. Before that I hade a Creative suite 3 etc. Is it necessary that I keep all these old programs etc on my computer to make Creative Clouds work or is it better that I uninstall them? Kind regards, AnnaReet
It is not necessary to retain the older installations. YOu might want to consider if you will have any need for them in terms of working with older files, but other than that you can probably uninstall them without missing them.

Hi! I just joined the creative cloud. As a photographer I would like to download photoshop and lightroom. When I try to do this, before the download starts, I get the message: 'we are experiencing some problems, please try later'. I've tried multiple times for the last 3 days but no change... Any ideas?

I just installed adobe creative cloud and Adobe Bridge.
I just installed adobe creative cloud and Adobe Bridge. When I try to open a image in camera raw I get an error "Bridges parent application is not active" "Bridge requires that a qualifying product has been launched atleast once to enable this feature"
Have you opened Photoshop? (I think that is a "parent" application)

I just registered to Creative Cloud CC and I need a system, who is running one right now that runs like champ?
I got many problems before with older versions and never get it to run good.
what really is a system that I should buy whether is a brand build it or one that I need to put togehter, I don't care.
I need a system that it should be able to run, edit and out put with no problems, in Premiere and After Effects.
is there anyone out there that can share his system information that is running good?

There are very few off-the-shelf computers that work well without some small additions. For instance, you rarely find one that has two hard drives as suggested for satisfactory editing, the correct amount of memory and the best GPU for your application. -

I have purchased a tv series from iTunes for Mac.. When I try to download either the episodes individually or the entire series all I get are the first minute or so of each. What am I doing wrong? ( My Internet connect is strong and good.)
