Since you say you are a "new user", please explain how and why you have an iCloud password, security questions, and an email id that you cannot remember. How could this happen?

Your only option will be to contact iTunes Store support and see if they can help you. Click on this link and choose the Account Management option, and create a new case with iTunes Support.

If the email hasn't arrived after a few hours and isn't in a spam filter, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

I need help changing my password info on my Apple ID. I can't remember my security questions. They send the answers to a rescue email I no longer use. What can I do or who can I contact?
I've tried that. After logged in, I go to passwords and security. It then tells me to enter my security answers (that I can't remember). It sends those answers to my rescue email that I no longer use. Therefore, I can't retrieve my answers or change my rescue email.... I'm still stuck.

Unless you plan to have multiple email accounts open in different tabs at the same time, there is no need for Multifox. If each user has their own [[profiles|profile]], then the Multifox extension will not be required. If you want to open multiple email accounts at the same time in one instance of Firefox then you will need Multifox.

He also cannot remember the answers to the security questions. I requested an email reset, and he got a message that he could not reset since it was from my computer not his.
He is so upset with himself. He is older, and is excited to "hand me down" this phone. We can't activate it until we "unlink" it to his Apple ID.
Thanks for any help.I want to thank Allan Sampson and Dr Simie for helping me. I was finally able to reset my iphone 4s. FYI: When I was trying to sync my iphone with my car, I now realize I put a passcode on my iphone which I had never put one on it before. Anyway, I kept working on freeing up more disk space on my computer and to make a long story short, I was up past 2am working on this, but finally my iphone is restored and I have all my stuff. I now have a passcode which I am sure to not forget. Like I said, I've never had a passcode before, but I kind of like the security of it. So I think I'll go ahead and keep it.
