I had my iPhone 5 replaced and now I can't restore my play lists.

My iPhone 5 was replaced by the apple store here in Sydney, Australia. During the restore in the store, I got most of my content back, but my music was interupted due store wifi.
When I finished restore at home, I notices that my play list (on my PC) where on my phone + a whole bunch of other songs, which the down load symbole. BUT when I add new play lists and try add to the existing lists or add news playlist they show in summary, but I can't slect and sync them.
I have try backing up > updating software > restore directly from back up on my PC and still nothing.
Can anyone help please. I find myself manually adding songs to my phone manually via Match but it complicates things as whenI plug my phone I get the message "some settings have been changed" etc.
HELP IM LOST.

Restore iPhone with iTunes on computer. Open iTunes on computer, connect iPhone to computer with Lightning Cable, hold both home and power buttons for about 20 seconds until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode, click Restore button of iTunes.

Originally I thought it was the old Moutain Lion DVD drive issue (but have had the drive recently replaced by Apple), so I tried creating a new account, which worked.

Can anyone advise if there is a different process to restarting Acrobat Pro 9, as it is odd considering there were no issues with the other CS4 software components?

By restart, I assume you mean reinstall. For CS, the installation for Acrobat is somewhat strange relative to the rest of the CS package and requires other parts of CS to be activated or some such aspect. One of the announcements at the beginning of this forum addresses this issue (or used to). Otherwise, I suggest you check in the CS forum.

Go to your Applications folder>Utilities>AirportUtility.app>and there set up your Airport service. Then return to your Applications folder>Sytem Preferences>Network> and there turn on the WiFi on your iMac.

If anyone else is looking for a solution to this same problem, I was able to get it working looking through several older discussions.
The solution was to use the password that I had on my iTunes account the very first time I set up the iPhone about a year ago. I changed my iTunes password about 10 months ago; but apparently, the backups continue to use the password that existed when the phone was first set up.
A couple of troubling things with this are that 1) I didn't apply a password when I did the backup this afternoon so I don't understand why it was required when I did the restore a few hours later. and 2) it makes zero sense why iTunes would not be smart enough to use the current accout password when requiring the password to restore from a backup made with no password.
I thought iTunes and Apple were smarter than that. With so many posts stating exactly the same problem, it is clear that this is bug in the software.

I tried to do with iTunes, and iTunes even sees this iphone, but it`s like blank, there is nothing I can do in iTunes. It uploaded last software for this iPhone 4, but when it tries to do the reserve copy of iphone first, it shows a mistake. And ask to disconnect and connect the device again, which, obviously, doesn`t help.

This usually happens if the phone has been Hacked / Jailbroken / Modified...

You don't transfer Apple ID's from one device to another one. You sign out in the settings, )the App Store and iTunes if necessary) and then sign in with the other ID.
Settings>iTunes & App Stores>Apple ID>Sign out. Them sign in with the other ID. You can sign out of the app store and iTunes as well by going to the featured Atab in the App Store and the music tab in iTunes, swipe to the bottom and access the Apple ID in there.
You should have erased the iOad before you gave it to her in Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings. That way she could set up the iPad as new with her own Apple ID.
Be aware of the fact that if you use each others ID's in order to download past purchased content to your own iPads, you will lock yourself out of your own ID as you will have associated your iPad with the other person's Apple ID.
In other words, if you sign into your wife's ID on your iPad so that you can download an app or an album so that you don't have to pay for it again, you will lock yourself out of your Apple ID for 90 days.

Welcome to the Apple community.
If you mean that Find My Phone is asking for a password to a different Apple ID to your current Apple ID.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

You need to contact your carrier. If the carrier is GSM you need to get a new SIM from them. The easiest way is to take the phone to any of their retail stores and they can do it on the spot.
If the carrier is Verizon or Sprint in the US just call their support number.

"Rebooting" means restarting &, as fruhulda said, that won't cause things to disappear. If you mean you had the hard drive erased & the system reinstalled, you will have to find the original disk with the AppleWorks installer.
