I had bought my game's points thru Apple iTunes Store, is it possible to find my game account number then I can lock back to my game. It is because I have trouble with the phone and everything was cleared

I have recently upgraded my ipad mini to iOS 6.0.2 and still have poor wifi performance. My 3rd generation ipad works great on the same network. I have done all the resets I can think of but nothing helps. I would not have purchased the mini had I known.

On the same wifi network, third generation ipad, iphone4s and MacBook Pro work just fine. The ipad mini often can not connect with the mail server and seems to hang a long time trying to open a web page. Had I known the mini had this kind of difficulty on wifi, I would have reconsidered my purchase. I have tried resetting the network and renewing the lease on the mini in addition. To completing the most current iOS upgrade. Still poor wifi performance. Unacceptable, in my opinion.

Yes I tried this manyfold. But did not work. Reading on, I took Tesserac's advice. Shut down router and computer.
Start router after 15 minutes and wait another 10 minutes before starting the computer.
Et voila.... everything is back in working order,

We had our Ipodtouch stolen before we could figure out how to turn on the location devive,(we still need help with that as well,) and had to switch our account id.we lost all our music and apps and movies. with no luck time to figure it out or to take it to the apple store. what can we do? Reboot router, make sure it's up to date. If on wifi try ethernet. Make sure DNS is set to automatic (settings - general - network).

HT1430 I cannot get emails on my iPad it is asking for a password for the CardDAV account Yahoo. I have tried all the passwords I know?

Any advice on the above question? I can get my emails on my main computer but not my iPad we have just changed to BT infinity it was working fine up to then.

We bought this itouch for our daughter for Christmas (2011), It has worked fine all this time until now. All of a sudden it will not connect to our home wi fi. All the other ipods/iphones/laptops and desktop are connecting fine so I know it is not the router itself. I have tried all the standard troubleshooting tips (forgetting the network and resetting it on the ipod, turning it off an on, plugging it in and updating the software, we even restored it completely from itunes as a new ipod). It lists the network as available but then when you try to connect it just sits there with the little circle icon thing spinning, trying to connect but never does.Please help!

So you also rebooted your router correct? Does the iPod still connect okay to other networks?

Mac iOS version 10.5.8 and iTunes on Mac is 10.6.1. iPad and iPhone version is 6.0(10A403). When I check for updates on the Mac book pro it says software versions are up to date.
When I check for iTunes version 10.6.3 it looks like it is for snow leopard operating system which I am not on. How to I get my devices to sync with computer. Everything worked prior to iOS 6 upgrade on remote devices.

I iust updated the iPhone to iOS6 (thought it wasn't syncing before the update either).
Macbook Pro running Mac OS 10.5.8
iTunes 10.6.3 (i.e. latest update - which hasn't had an issues apart from syncing).
I tried 3 different USB sync cables. Still not syncing.
Do I really have to update my Mac OS to 10.6.8 in order to sync my phone ? I thought as long as you have iTunes 10.6.3 you're ok...
Is there a way to update to Mac OS 10.6.8 (or later) without wiping the hard drive and doing a new install?..

Do you get an error message when you try to export your file? Or, are you continually asked to subscribe when you try to convert a link? If it's the latter, it could be that you just haven't signed in to the app yet. Try this:
From the ExportPDF website, click Sign in at the upper-right corner, and log in to the service with your Adobe ID credentials. Now, when you click ExportPDF, you'll be prompted to select PDF files to export, instead of being asked to subscribe.
If you're receiving an error message when you try to log in, let us know what it is, and we can go from there.

Note, however, that iTunes has never been supported on the 64-bit version of Windows XP, so you're on your own to attempt to get it working.
