I am a new-iPad user from Taiwan, use Taiwan apple ID
I had just paid an In-app purchase at 2012 /7/12 , and want to refund it .
The app is 「Paper」By FiftyThree , Essential App
This app is not function well on Ne-iPad , and the official blog of FiftyThree also admit this problem three months ago

After purchase , I got a receipt letter from Apple store
I know I can enter " report problem" link to sent my request .
But the link always went to www.apple.com/uk/support/iTunes ,
Cannot open itune and write down my request & send it out directly
What happened ........?

You can report a problem with the app and request a refund using the email form here > Apple - Support - iTunes Store - Contact Us
But just so you are aware, Apple's policy states that, "all sales are final" >
iTUNES STORE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
No guarantees of a refund but since the app developer was aware of a problem, Apple just might bend a rule for you.

As far as I know, Photostream only works with pictures. And, since these are user to user forums, you'd need to contact the same place (their customer service or support) where you paid (did you pay through the iTunes store? Then contact iTunes support). If your Dock icon for iPhoto is not working, go to Applications and try opening iPhoto from there.

I would just follow the instructions from this article to give your unused 4s to your spouse. Since you have already started using your 5s, you will still be receiving iMessages on that phone and will have no need to receive them on a device that has been replaced. As far as I'm aware iTunes always charges the account balance first and when this expires charges any remaining amount to your credit/debit card. The one exception I am aware of (though there could be others) is that Apps purchased from the Canadian store must always be charged to a card rather than a gift card voucher balance due to local legislation.

Are you talking about future in-app purchases or people who have already purchased your app before you added the in-app purchase feature?

Movies cannot be reloaded (like you can with Tv shows, music, apps) and as such are not stored in your purchase history.
