I had purchased an albums months ago, but a few days ago when I got a new iTunes card... It charged me for it again. Why? How the heck can I fix that? It's money lost, I already payed for the album.
Seriously, what is up with this??
If you have been using the mac.com Apple ID to make iTunes purchases recently, then there should be no issues continuing to use it with the new iPhone. I would abandon the new ID as you will never get Apple to merge the two IDs. I have had a mac.com ID for years and continue to use it with my iPhone 4S.

I rented a movie in the iTunes Store but now when I want to watch it it says; 'cannot load the movie' while it says the download has been completed.. What now? I already payed for it.
Did you rent the movie on your iPad? Are you trying to watch it on your iPad?
Do you have WiFi connectivity when trying to start viewing the movie?
You should have answered "yes" to all the above. If not, that is probably the source of your issue. -
I purchased an Iphone 5S in January and have been successfully dictating e-mails and texts using punctuation in my dictation. A few days ago it started spelling out the punctuation in the email or text, what did I do to cause that to happen ? thanks.
Don't expect support here. Nokia does not bother to pay a tech or two to support the people who have bought the 920. Not really a point to these forums.
Anyways, i have huge bt issues as well. Cannot connect or see my jawbone. In truck with pioneer nav system (it is illegal here to use a phone without handsfree in vehicle) it links, but when i make a call or receive a call it shows the phone off the receiver icon so it knows call in progress, but i either get no sound from the caller... at all, or i get a robotic mess i cannot decipher. when i cannot hear anything, people can hear me, but when i hear robotic, people can hear me but with distortion. However, when it reads a text message, the phone voice is fine through the system. Because i have to turn bt off then to use phone, i have to return this handset and just go back to android.
Have also had this drop calls a few times now as reception is probably the worst i have seen in a decade... even drops in downtown core. Battery life poor because i assume its always struggling for a signal. -
I created mega menu in adobe muse ( master page ) but the thing is when I preview that menu in other pages contents I already had created will overlap the menu. Is there any options that would fix that problem up. I'd like to have the menu overlap the contents. That does not happen on master page ( master page looks good ) Thank you very much.
Place the menu on its own layer above the rest of the page content.

iMac 27" late 2012 hard to sleep :
- I start use this brand new iMac from August 2013 ,it is easy and quickly to sleep . Just few day ago it takes half a minute to sleep .
At same time the old iMac 20" 2007 got same problem .

After MBA sleeps and you try to wake it up, screen does not refresh properly and only refreshes where the current mouse cursor is.
If you close the lid, and then re-open the MBA then functions correctly.
I also have an issue where the MBA will suddenly crash while asleep and then will require a hard reset.
Not sure if related though.
I just reset smc/pram - will report back if this does not solve the issue.

My phone has been working perfectly fine even after I dropped it and cracked the screen. Apple is saying this happened because of the cracked screen but that doesn't make sense. HELP!!! I don't have a warranty so I would have to pay $80 for new speakers :( apple *****

Try some basic troubleshooting steps. Clear Safari, force close the app and reset the iPad.
Go to Settings>Safari>Clear History, Cookies and Data.
In order to close apps in iOS 8, you have to drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
