Is there a way to reset creative cloud for it to register that it is not installed?

Run the Cleaner tool to remove Ps CC :http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html .
Restart your system and then try installing Ps again.

The problem lies between your router and the ISP.
Pull the modem or router/modem power plug, wait about 30 seconds and plug it back in to establish a new connection to the ISP.
Try another website, another device and see if that works if not then call your ISP for assistance and/or reconfigure the router.
If your router isn't secure and you had bad leechers the ISP might have suspended the access or perhaps met the monthly data cap rate.

Need to install for but mac says that firefox is already installed and I cannot find it.

I am trying to install TOR (had many moons ago and thought I closed it). It says that firefox is already running and I can't open it twice. Possibly I have firefox and possibly I don't. I cannot find it anywhere, nothing to drag to the trash. I want to reinstall it after, but I can't find it anywhere in my computer. I just get the warning when I try to install TOR.

As Carolyn said, you'll need to have space on your device. If you want to see how space is being used up by what applications you can follow Carolyn's advice: Tap Settings > General > About
One option is to delete some old applications.
Another options is to temporarily remove your music.
Another option is to transfer some photos to your computer to make space. To do this, open iPhoto and click "import photos. Just be sure to check the option "Delete items from camera after downloading" or you won't actually delete anything and won't make any space!

Order photo prints to Shutterfly.
1. Select images in catalog
2. Go to Create --> Photo Prints.

2. Go to Create --> Photobook/Greeting Card etc.
3. Select a template and Order

ITune says "This computer is no longer authorized....." but when I go to authorize it it says that it is already authorized.

I have been using the computer for a while and previously successfully sycned. Now when I try to sync it says "This computer is no longer authorized for apps that are installed on the iPhone"my name". Would you like to authorize this computer for items purchased from the iTunes Store? It also shows an old email address that I no longer have access to. When I put in the correct email and password, it says computer is already authorized.

It's not launched from the CC app.
If you have Windows, look under Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CC

The order varies depending on your individual needs:
1. Maybe you have to activate/deactivate, so please have a look there:

2. Sometimes, we know in the meantime, the "opm.db file" is the culprit. In this case you should delete it.
3. Did you already try "uninstalling and re-installing"? Be careful with (de)installing aso. by (de)installing by your own resources. As much as I regret it and as strange as it may seem I fear it's a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

First check to see your plan is active: Adobe ID
Try launching Photoshop choosing Trial instead of a purchase.
Mac             /Applications/Photoshop CC/Photoshop CC.app
Windows C:\Program files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC\Photoshop CC.exe
Then once inside, go to Help > Sign in... There, use the email address and password for your account and it should activate.
If that does not work, could you tell me what version of PS you have and what os version you are using?

I purchased the subsciption for photoshop cc but it is missing touch support option under experimental preferences.

I was told by chat support that touch support was not included in the trial of photoshop cc. I purchased subscription and it was still not there. When I contacted support about this they said it would not be there until payment was processed. After payment processed I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but it's still not there.
