I had to reboot my operating system and I am trying to sync my ipod touch but it says it is associated with another library

Anyone help?

If you reinstalled the operating system on your computer the iPod thinks it is a new computer/new library.
Or was there a computer glitch that erased the files that previously recognized the iPod on your computer.
In any event, if there is a backup on your computer (go to the Devices tab in iTunes' preferences) you can restore your iPod from backup and resync your stuff to the iPod.  The location of the backup file on your computer can be found in this article:
