I had to reset my iPad..everything re downloaded from iCloud except my purchased Movies.
I cannot figure out how to get them to re download. I'm thinking about deleting them to see if
iTunes would then reset itself and allow for the download. Any help is appreciated. Thx!

Unfortunately, purchased movies cannot be downloaded again for free due to restrictions from the movie studios over which Apple has no control. You will have to purchase the movies again, if you want them back.

Sorry to hear about your troubles with your PC. If you are not seeing your iPhone on your computer, then take a look at the link below to walk you through getting that working again. I have had to reset my iPad to factory settings and lost iTunes

Question: how can I retrieve my iTunes, mad configure across all 3 pieces of kit.
I have had to reset my iPad 2 to factory settings, and in so doing lost iTunes and photos.
This has been a very long term issue with my Icloud account. It's never worked on my mac notebook, iPad nor recently purchased iPhone 4.
This issue has been compounded by bad advice from Apple Helpine who is insisted I recreate an Apple ID using a gmail account.
A meeting at a Genius Bar discredited this advice and promised to send me an email explaining how to get, retrieve my mac e address, that email did not arrive.
In desperation I have had to reset my iPad, reset my ID and at least iCloud is now working for the first time.
However I suspect the iTunes is now attached to the gmail account, which I do not wish to receive.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Navigate to Settings > General > Reset > Erase all contents and settings on the device you want to restore.
When this completes and the Set-Up Assistant starts, choose "Restore from iCloud Backup" and enter your iCloud account and password. You will see the three most recent backups for each of the devices on which you enabled Backup. Choose which backup to restore from.

From whatever source you originally put the music onto the iPad.
From iCloud - if you use it.
Redownload using iTunes (if available in your location)

We had to reset the iPad mini because it had been disabled. Reset was successful, but now all photos and videos seem to be gone. Any way to get them back?

If you don't have an icloud or itunes backup, the answer is an unfortunate no. If you do have a backup, you could restore the backup, which would possibly recover your camera roll.

Apple ID being disabled is a different error, and one not related to your iPad.
