Hello,
After a virus attack my PC had to be completly restore.
I had ACROBAT Pro and I would like to nstall it again on my computer.
When I try to upload ACROBAT it ask me to neter a licence number and I don't have it as I use ACROBAT with a everymonth payment account.
So how intsall ACROBAT without any licence ID ?

The subscriptions generally are activated with your AdobeID. That should be an option when you start Acrobat for activation.

Hi - I've just had my hard drive replaced after it crashed - only after 9 months!!!! How can this be? I thought Macs were supposed to be more resilient and reliable? I always kept the software up to date.

You can't just take that drive from the older system and install it in the new system. Even though both run Lion the Lion install on the older system does not have the correct driver set for the new hardware. In fact Apple came out with a newer version of Lion Just For these Newer System.
It may now be on the Apple servers bot it wasn't a few days, 5-12, ago..

Reinstalling after you had to restore to and earlier date?

My computer (Windows 7 ent) had a problem, I needed to restore to and earlier date, i then re-installed the cloud again, it said the programs i picked before were install and up to date. It will not let me install them again.... help

You ought to have backed up your data before nuking Windows...
You should be able to:
Backup the device to the new installation
Transfer your purchases into a newly authorized library
Recover any other media using third party tools as suggested in this post from forum regular Zevoneer
Restore the device from the backup
This process should switch the association of the device to the new library, preserving the data and settings in your apps.
May also be prudent to attempt a backup to iCloud directly from the device before you start... Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > iCloud Backup > On. It won't save any media but it would preserve the general account settings and documents in case anything goes wrong while you are trying to extract your other data.
When you get it all fixed, make a backup!

I bought the $20 dollar audio upgrade for my NHL Gamecenter App so i could listen the games, well the app stopped showing me scores. for days i tried everything to get scores back. exited app, shut down phone...etc... to no avail. so i had to delete the app. after getting it back downloaded it shows scores again, but now they want me to pay another $20 dollars to get the audio upgrade again that i already paid for. anyway to get my in app upgrade back without re-paying the $20 dollars again?

How can this be the case when I haven't changed any apps from before updrading to iOS6, and I don't have any music yet on the phone? Why is it telling me there is not enough local space?

If you recently updated your iPhone to iOS7, you will need to update iTunes on your computer to iTunes 11.1 or newer for it to correctly recognize the iPhone. You may find the following link helpful:

I clicked on restore. In a short while, I received a message saying my phone couldn't be restored and received error 3194 "This device isn't eligible for the requested build"

I've had a similar problem. On my first boot up after installing 10.7.4, Firefox would not open. Crashed every time. Safari was not affected. I have no idea if it was related to the flash plugin, but I did install a the latest version of that a couple of weeks ago.

Unfortunately when Adobe products are restored from backup, especial CS4 and especially Mac, it breaks licensing.
There is a python script included in the license recovery kit that should work if you are familiar with Terminal.
If not, you must reinstall your CS4 suite. You don't need to delete your preferences, so it should be the same as before.
