Have you removed the sound card driver via control panel and let Win7 reinstall?

I am now having to bookmark it to the "bookmark menu" and then manually moving it to the folder I want cause it is not being displayed.

No there is no arrow besides any of the folders (I do not have any sub-folders); I do have a "choose..." option, but that does not work either in showing all of the folders.

Then you need to outline all text before savng the PDF.
Make sure you do this on a copy of the file.

Phone is only a few months old and was working fine last night - it ran out of battery but on being charged up this morning it was effectively locked. I received an error message that I could not make or receive calls and I had to restore via itunes. I just bought and downloaded Elements 12 but can't launch the program. Every time I try to sign in to my Adobe account to get started it shuts the whole program down everytime I click sign in. Very frustrated!! I had been using the trial version and loved it and want to work with the full version now!!!

If the trial version was still on the machine then you didn't need to install another program because Trial version can be activated by inserting your serial number and activated in the normal way.
I suggest try going to Help >> Activate
and see if you can activate it otherwise, if you can't launch the program then you need to uninstall the PSE completely from the Windows Control Panel and then restart the machine to make sure there isn't anything in the computer's memory.
Now restart the machine and install your program but this time making sure you also insert the serial number and your AdobeID so that you can register and activate the program automatically.

Oh, dear.
If you use PSE as your external editor for iphoto, you need to save the images back to iphoto by using Save, not Save As and not changing anything like the name or format that would bring up the Save As window. (You may need to adjust the editor prefs>saving files>on first save to save over existing.)
OR you can export the photos from iphoto to the desktop, use file>open in the editor and then change whatever you want and either import the saved image to the organizer or import it back to iphoto as a new file. What you are doing is extremely risky, particularly to the iphoto library which you may easily damage by your workflow.
I would start the organizer holding down the shift key, then create a new catalog and switch to the new one. Then try opening the editor without opening an image and see if you get any farther.
PSE and iphoto are not designed to be used as you've been doing. You are trying to write to the iphoto library from outside iphoto, which is the fastest known way to corrupt the library and lose all your photos.

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.

No, you can only buy content from your own country's store - to be able to buy form another store you need a valid billing address in that country and be in that country when buying from it. I am having this problem. At first with the new iPhone 5, and then with the iPad 2. I am not sure why this is happening.
My gut feeling is this is an iO6 issue and here's why -
The problem mainly occurs with apps. I have about 150 apps, and when I plugged in the phone, iTunes went to sync all of them. The process would hang up after about 20 - 30 apps were loaded onto the phone. I could tell where about the process hung up because the apps on the phone showed up as "waiting".
Then on the iPad 2 I plugged in to sync and saw there was a huge "Other" component in my storage. It required me to restore the iPad 2 from backup. With this restore the same issues occurred - putting the apps back on the iPad would hang up. The videos on the iPad also got stuck - maybe after about 10 hours of videos transfered iTunes crashed.
My solution has been to soft reset the device, restart Windows, and continue the process until it's complete. This is remarkably inefficient and time-intensive but everything works with patience.
I have been wondering if others have had these same problems.
