I had verify my apple ID but I still cannot download anything and it still ask me to verify my ID. I press resend email but no new email coming but when I open my old Email it said I verified already. How to solve this?

Had a similar issue a couple of days ago, when my password was not recognized. I KNOW it was correct, yet when I checked in settings, the number of asterisks were far too few for my password. Ended up with my account disabled, so I had to request a reset, the link was sent the back up email account I created when I got my unit.
Today, I was asked to confirm credit card info when trying to download a FREE app. I suppose that is for any future in-app purchases....at least, I hope so!

Again, this only affects you if someone *redownloaded* content with a different ID. In my case, I emailed iTunes Store support, explained the situation, and they reset the counter. I recommend you try the same
If you read discussion boards, this is a significant change from a year ago, when Apple told people in the same situation to go f&$# themselves. Clearly it's dawning on them that this is a stupid policy, and my guess is if people keep complaining they'll change it to something more reasonable. Remember, it wasn't that long ago you couldn't re-download content at all.
Apple can't really afford to play hardball on this. Sure, the hardcore fanboys will always say "Thank you sir, may I have another" whatever Apple throws at them, but the rest of us will just switch to Amazon, which has none of these restrictions. -

I am encountering a missing font error on Adobe Illustrator for a font that I recently bought - Centrale Sans Bold. This font is clearly installed in the system's font folder and is also showing in the font list on Adobe Illustrator. But when I open an existing file containing this font it is giving the error "The document uses fonts or characters which are not available or are in a different format than originally specified".
We have also bought Centrale Sans regular from a different website as we couldn't find both on one, could that be clashing somehow?
Also the existing file was created on MAC plattform and we are using a windows plattform to open it. That to me doesn't seem like an issue as all other files are opening up fine and I have bought around 47 fonts and only this font seems to be not working. I have also written to the website I bought it from but I have also bought around 20-25 fonts from them and all the other fonts are working fine too. Maybe its an illustrator related problem?
Please help!!!!!!There is one way its getting fixed. Once I update my Adobe Illustrator CC to Adobe Illustrator CC 2014 it is further allowing me to go into the system folder and allocate the font to the file so that it can replace it. My only concern now is that our MAC partners who will receive these files back from us have Adobe CS6. We will down save it to CS6 but I hope they won't experience any font issues because of us using CC 2014? Any light you can shed on this?

I am unable to open my Aperture2.

It looks like some kind of conflict with an old trial version 3, to which I never upgraded.
Any tips to help me solving the issue?Do you need to run Aperture 2, or do you need to open the "Aperture 3 Trial Library2.aplibrary"?
If you only want to run Aperture 2, then launch Aperture by double-clicking your regular Aperture 2 library; this should open Aperture on the correct library. In Aperture 3 you also simply could hold down the options-key while double-clicking the Aperture Applications icon in the Dock - probably this works in Aperture 2 as well,
But if you need to open your Aperture 3 trial library with Aperture 2, because you converted your Aperture 2 library to Aperture 3 format; there is no easy way to do it. The best would be to find a backup of your library from the time before you converted it. If you do not have such a backup, then the easiest way would be to upgrade to Aperture 3 at this point.
I do not know enough about the Aperture 2 library format to be able to tell you how to manually downgrade an Aperture 3 library to Aperture 2 format.

The storage space you have on your phone and the storage space you have available in your iCloud account are not the same thing. You need to remove some items from your phone, if you are to free up space to download items from iTunes.

My email account blocks the verify now hyperlink when I try to click and open to verify my apple ID. I have tried to copy and paste in the browser window, but that doesn't work either.
Have you tried accessing the email from another computer, device, email client or web browser?

I updated iOS 7 and my contacts were ok then they suddenly disappeared a few weeks after updating. I have no idea if it has anything to do with iOS 7 but when I email someone the contacts are there. When I open the app they are gone. What happened?

Thank you for the help. Every app on my phone was downloaded using my old I-tunes ID. I just hope that they will re-download under my new ID because I still can't change it on my phone. In order to change to the new ID it says I have to sign out from the old ID and change to the new one. My problem is that I don't remember my password to be able to sign out from my old ID. Then the phone says it can change my password through e-mail and I agree but I never get an e-mail at my old address or the new one.
