as some people saw, i lost my money, but the story had a happy ending well, i won a song credit so now it says 46,25 + 1 credit, well, i bought a song ( that i wanted so till now ok) and it charged, it was supposed to use the credit? or i just can use the credit, when i can't buy anything more with my itunes gift card (that somehow appeared in my refrigerator, really don't know XD)

iCloud storage doesn't affect the available storage on your device. It's for backing up your device and syncing your data, so you can recover the data if needed.
You probably need to import photos/videos to your computer or another destination (like a photo kiosk & burn CDs), and then delete them from your device. Or, delete some unused apps from your device.

That's not how unlocking an iPhone works.
The carrier the phone is locked to submits a request to Apple, wh updates their database. When that is complete, you restore the phone with iTunes to process the unlock.

If I wiped my phone I wouldn't have the contacts on my phone to send to my self. I would need to take just the contacts from my back up. I would have to do this through iTunes and I don't see how I can just extract the contacts only from my back up. From what I can figure out it is all or nothing

And Apple thoroughly checks all apps submitted by app-developers before allowing them onto the App Store.

It depends what kind of voucher it was.
If it is for a specific playlist, then as soon as you redeem it those songs will automatically begin to download. In this case, you do not get to pick the songs.
If it is for a cash value, then when you redeem it adds that much credit to your account. Each time you buy a song, it will decrement your account for the price + tax.
