new here, i have 13 gb used up by other and cant find how to remove it!!! anyone know?
"Other" is space which has often been "orphaned" by the original application. Most of the time, the only way to recover that space is to restore your iPhone as a new device, and set it up again. You can try to restore from a backup, but there's a good chance, that the corruption is there in your backup too, so you may well have to set it up as a new device and start "clean".

No way to recover it unless the other person didn't delete it on their end but the Perfect time to activate iCloud Drive and you won't ever need to worry. If you set it up correctly.

If I purchased a movie, from a computer a LONG time ago like 3 years but recently I changed computers how can I get that movie back? p.s. I bought the movie from iTunes
If you don't have the movie on the old computer and you don't have the movie backed up on a disc somewhere, your only choice is to purchase the movie again. Currently, movie downloads are a one time deal andit is your responsibility to have a backup copy.
If you have the movie on the other computer still, you can burn it to a DVD and then copy it over to the new computer.
Personally, I have two computers and when I make a purchase on one, iTunes automatically copies it to the other and I have never lost videos or music in this manner. -
I have Windows XP and downloaded Firefox 4.0.1. After it was installed 5/7/11, I noticed all my Yahoo search bar apps were missing. Rebooting did not help. Neither did the "gear" on the toolbar next to the yellow Yahoo search box. Internet Explorer browser still shows them. How can I get the apps back in Firefox?
I have Windows 7, the Yahoo toolbar has been working fine until today now all my apps are missing.
Refreshing the toolbar does nothing. -

I was using the iCloud for my iPod and had recorded several irreplaceable Voice Memos. It went up to the Cloud, but I wasn't too savvy with the Cloud at that point, so it wasn't syncronizing to my home computer. So, the thing is that the iPod died and the backup is in the Cloud and I would like to load the backup to my iMac to recover my data. How can I do that? Thanks
The new device I got to replace the iTouch is a iPad and I don't see the playlist I created with previous voice memos on it at all. Is there any way to access them on the iPad? If I erase the iPad and restore it with the old back up will the Voice Memos come along and get in to my home computer or will I be out of luck?

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode. -

What happened? The drive failed? If you do not have the music backed up some where else, and the drive cannot be accessed there isn't anything for you to do. You'll simply have to re-download what purchased music is available from iTunes and/or re-rip any CDs. -

PLEASE HELP!!I thought this happened when I first updated the software on my iPad. I didn't see any of the calendar events. Eventually they showed up tho.
