Why is the reason you want a different apple id on them? Need more details to make sure we don't accidently set up the self destruct feature and destory the planet.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Click on your account name in the top right corner of the iTunes store in the iTunes application on your computer, enter your password and click the "view account" button. Navigate to the Apple ID summary where you have the option to "change country or region".
In order to change your location, you will need a credit card registered to an address in the location you are trying to change to.
You cannot change your location if you have credit on your account, if you are unable to spend your credit and leave a balance of zero, contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. -

If both accounts are authorised on your computer's iTunes (Store > Authorise This Computer) then you can download the books from both accounts to there (download the books from one account, then sign out of it via Store > Sign Out, log in with the other account via Store > Sign In and download the books from the other account), and sync them over to the iPad's iBooks app via the Books tab.
Or you might be able to sign out of your account on the iPad by tapping on it Settings > Store and sign in with the other account and download the books from that account - I think that it should work, but it's not something that I've tried so I'm not 100% sure that it will -
Have 2 ipads setup the same but 1 no longer connects to the network. Have reset network settings and tried to reconnect but no luck. Any advice?
Have you tried rebooting your wireless router by removing power from it for about 30 seconds, then powering it back up?

You must have added your wide's email account in the Settings app.
Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > select on your wife's email account > scroll down to Delete and delete her account from your iPad. -

Problem. You can't share apps or purchased content between two different iTunes accounts. The iPad(s) will be completely resynched (removing apps not associated with the current account) each time you synch, depending on how you synch. IMHO, not worth the effort.

I gave my 2yr old my 16gb ipad 2 when I upgraded to a 64gb ipad 3. They are on the same account so that I can share certain apps between them, but because they consider themselves one in the same I can't use airplay or face chat with my daughters ipad. How do I do these things?
Airplay doesn't work between two iPads so you don't need to worry about that, however, you can change the name of an iPad in Settings > General > About > Name.

sice upgrading from IOS 6 to IOS 7 I can longer receive imessage messagaes using my email that is linked to a different apple id than the one i use for my app store purcahses and icloud account.

AnthonyIf you know the answers to your security questions, you should be able to change your password without using email authentication (see http://support.apple.com/kb/HE36). If you don't, you may be out of luck.

Make sure that you set up your iCloud account on both devices and that Find My iPhone is turned On. You can also verify if your two iPads' location by signing in to www.icloud.com then Find My iPhone.

When you connect that iPad to iTUnes, go to the summary page and scroll down, there should be a box saying 'automatically update' or something to that effect. De select that.
With automatically update on, what you buy on one goes onto the other. but with that box off you can choose.
On the iPad itself, it's under
Settings
iTUnes and App Stores
and then you can choose what you want automatically updated between the two devices.
