I have 2 audiobooks. i want to put them in opposite order. how do i do this, please?

both of my audiobooks are darren marks hypnotherapy tapes. the one for sleeping is the first one in order. i also have a smoking cessation tape that i downloaded after that; hence after the sleeping one, instead of being able to go to sleep, it continues to play the other one. because it is the same author, i cannot differentiate between the two. i would like to switch the order so that the sleeping one is last. someone, anyone, please. i am technologically challenged here!!!

It cannot be done. iCloud accounts cannot be merged, and existing iCloud email addresses cannot be added to another iCloud account as an alias.
Your stuck with your current 3 iCloud address (how and why did you setup 3 iCloud accounts?).

I would take it back to the store and have them do this for you, that should be a condition of the purchase. However the easiest method is to boot into the Recovery Partition (Command + R) on startup, use Disk Utility to erase the HD and then install OS X again. This will give you a fresh start.

If you sign out of an Apple ID under Settings > iCloud, you should be prompted for an option to 'Keep on my iPhone' in regards to Contacts and other related data. Then, when signing in with another Apple ID on that same iPhone, you should be prompted to 'Merge'. If you do both, then you won't lose any Contacts, and the iCloud Contacts will then be merged into the new Apple ID iCloud, but also will stay on the old Apple ID iCloud.

How can I do that and keep them in order, etc. What I have tried reorders them, separates them into the camera pictures, phone pictures, and movies. We are not sauvy in Apple or iphoto so this has been extremely frustrating for us.

Files on disk have no order - they are given the order by the viewing program - finder on the Mac - using the finder you can view files by many different sorts - file name - date created - date moified - size - etc
Deciede how you are going to sort them when you view them and then export them so that sort works for you
Generally using an alpha sort to view and exporting using the sequential nameing option is the solution - see the user tip on exporting for the options available

Did you format the external disk on Windows? If you did this, probably the external disk is formatted in NTFS. OS X can't write on this format, so it's normal that it doesn't allow you to copy the files.
In this case, you have three possibilities:
1. Install Paragon NTFS. This program allows you to write on NTFS partitions.
2. Copy the hard drive content to your internal disk and format the external disk with Mac OS Extended (Journaled). Do it only if you are going to use the external disk only with OS X.
3. The same as the last one but formatting it with exFAT. This filesystem is compatible with Windows (XP, Vista, 7, 8) and OS X (10.6.5 and newer), so you can write and read files on external disks formatted with it on Windows and OS X, but you may have problems on Linux

am sure they will help you find what you want and then you can just copy them to your computer.
