I have 2 I phones and one I tune account
how do I seperate them when i sync to I tunes?
iTunes automatically will do that, including keeping separate backups. Just select what you want on each device. Easier to keep track of stuff it each phone has a different name.

We have 2 I phones and 1 I-pad we try to update on the same Windows 7 computer. The Apple ID continually prevents one I phone user to update applications. How do we share one
Computer?Did he have find my iPhone enabled under that iCloud account? If so, add the account back to his phone. Then in the iCloud account settings, disable find my iPhone first (you will be prompted for your password), then remove the account.
Now you can create or add a new iCloud account to it using his own AppleID.
Alternatively, you could log in to your www.icloud.com account in a web browser. Using the find my iPhone app there, remove his iPhone from your list of associated devices (he will have to power his iPhone off for you to do that).
After his iPhone is set up for his own iCloud account, on your iPhone, go to
settings->iCoud->Storage & Backup->Manage Storage and delete his iPhone's backup file to make more room on your own iCloud storage account. -

Both smartphones started out with unlimited data, but after the upgrades (and my sister already has), we'll all be downgraded to the 2GB plan. In the end, we decided we'd simply stop using data (except where absolutely necessary like Facebook and Google Talk notifications), but the cheapest share everything plan seems to be more expensive than what we currently have:
This totally sucks! Is there any way I can go lower? I'm willing to explore options before taking my business elsewhere…My guess is the discount is some sort of employee group discount, such as gov employee or school employee. Mine is 19% off my primary line and data.

I have a new phone and when asked do i want to start this phone as a new phone or back up from last backup, i chose to back up from last back up and have had my recent photos texts and call replaced with ones from about 18 months ago. is there any way of undoing this?

There is no device limit for the number of iPods, iPads, and iPhones that can be synced with the same iTunes library and iTunes account on the same computer. Each device can have its own sync preferences with iTunes along with iTunes creating and maintaining a backup for each device, which is updated by iTunes automatically as the first step during the iTunes sync process.
Since all iTunes content on each iPhone - all music, movies, tv shows, audio and print books, and 3rd party apps should be in your iTunes library on your computer, connect the other two iPhones to iTunes and under the Apps tab for the iPhone sync preferences with iTunes, select the game to be installed on the iPhone followed by a sync. Repeat for the other iPhone. -

i have a mac pro ,i pad, i phone and had i tunes on old pc how do i get this one connected without wipe out all the accounts?If you've got 5 computers authorised for the account in question, and you need to free up authorizations, I'd do a "Deauthorize All" from one of the computers you have access to, and then reauthorize the computers you have access to.

My wife and I share apple id but have our own phones, and now having trouble with imessage. Sharing calenders, apps, music, contacts, etc...all great. But when we imessage each other. Our phones get confused and either not deliver message, or send it to and from itself.
Go to Settings > Facetime and you will see "You can be reached for video calls at:"
This should list your phone number (iPhone) and your email address (probably the gmail one).
And then an option for "Add another email..."
Choose that and enter your @me.com account and it'll send a verification email.
Same for iMessage: Settings > Messages > "Receive at" > Add Another Email
So you can be called by facetime and use iMessage through multiple email accounts yes. -
I have a Lucid 2 LG. I have been having trouble with insuffient storage. I have a 8G phone and have spent hours with Tier 2 tech trying to move info from the internal storage to the SD card with no luck, When I go to storage in the settings it states that over 4 gigs is for Misc? System data takes up over 4 gigs. No one can tell me what system data consist of. So My question is does anyone know what system data is? I am assuming I have a 8 gigphone but can only use 4 gigs???
System data is the OS or operating system. That is where the recovery stays separated from the rest of the storage so that it doesn't get corrupted. It is not accessible and non-movable.

Verizon iPhone 5, 64GB black - is anyone having issues with a very choppy conversation while talking on the phone? Both my wife and I have the same phones and are both having the same issue. We can only hear every other word of the person we are talking to. This happens at home, on the road and in the downtown area while calling both cellphones and landlines. It is intermittent, so we don't know exactly when it will reoccur. Absolutely no problem with data. The data speed is great.

When you turn off an iCloud feature on a device, your up-to-date iCloud information for that feature is no longer available on it. In many cases when you turn off a feature, you’re asked whether you want your device to keep a copy of your information stored in iCloud for that feature. You don’t need to keep a copy if you have other devices set up for the same feature, because your information is still available on them. For example, if your iPhone and iPad both have Contacts turned on, you can turn off Contacts on your iPad without keeping a copy of your iCloud contacts on it, and still access those contacts on your iPhone. If you turn Contacts on again on your iPad, your latest contact information reappears on it automatically.

Use the trackpad to scroll, thats what it was designed for. The scroll bars automatically disappear when not being used and will appear if you scroll up or down using the trackpad.
This is a user-to-user forum and most people will post on here if they have problems. You very rarely get people posting to say there update went smooth. The fact is the vast majority of Mountain Lion users will not be experiencing any major problems with the OS, or maybe with apps which are not compatible, but thats hardly Apple's fault if developers don't update their apps. -
i broke my iphone and got a new one. My iCloud backup has a backup from the old phone and one from the new phone. The new phone didnt download everything from the original icloud backup. Is there a way to download the stuff i didnt get back? please help
You'll have to do another restore from the old phone backup. But before doing that, tell us what was not restored. For example is it just photos that didn't get restored? If so, that seems to be a common problem for many users, judging by the posts left in the forum. There doesn't seem to be a solution to that problem (other then to tell users to ALWAYS sync photos to a computer and never trust an iCloud backup/restore to save photos.
