Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

Can not select March in month view with out it crashing bach to home screen
Whenever I am in calendar month view and swipe to next month, it crashes when I try to access March. I can access March in week view however. Any help?

There is a glitch with the calendar app and April 1st, 2013, SInce that is the beginning of daylight savings time, and the true length of the day is relative, if you have any all day events on April 1, it messes with the whole month (since 'all day' can be 23, 24 or 25 hours due to the springing forward)
Make that all day app only last a few hours and the rest of the month will show back up. -

- Try cleaning out/blowing out the headphone jack. Try inserting/removing the plug a dozen times or so. There is a little switch in the headphone jack that disconnects the speaker when the headphone jack is inserted.

- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. Seems you have a bad headphone jack or other hardware problem..

You can do that in iPhoto, too. Just go to the iphoto prefs>advanced, and set PSE as your external editor. Note that the actual editor is not the file at the top level of Applications>Adobe Photoshop Elements < version number >, but rather hidden away inside the Support Files folder:
Then you just right the click the photo in iphoto and choose edit with external editor.
If you have the new Photos app, you can't drag and drop, either. -

No, you can't save passwords automatically without a confirmation.<br />
That would be a security risk if you are on a computer that is not your own and it would to to easy to steel passwords.<br />
You will have to get use to and accept that you have to confirm a new password. -

IF you are using an iPod which can oly play music (e.g. iPod Nano/iPod Classic) you won't be able to access the iTunes Store, so no; you won't be able to purchase music on it.
IF however the device in question is an iPod Touch, you can simply use the iTunes built in app to browse and buy from the iTunes store.

GeeD. Thanks once again for your help. I am also puzzled by the “fault” in my Event library. In the past i was able to expand or contract the library text list laterally allowing all the text in each event to be read in full, now it remains locked at minimum width obscuring part of the text. Otherwise the function of my Imovie app is normal in all other respects.In my FCPro App the event library can be expanded or contracted without a problem. The Imovie problem developed when the OS changed to “Maverick” but since then there has been yet another change, this time to “Yosemitie”. Could these OS changes have a bearing on the problem. It seems to me that i may have to “live” with the Imovie problem - but I hate unexplained.!!! Regards BJ

First of all, I would have to say that getting in touch with you is a nightmare and I am not at all happy that I can't just email or live chat with someone who can help! I am not a technical person, I just want to be able to use Photoshop Elements and get on with it. I bought Photoshop Elements via Amazon some months ago and it worked fine. I then got a message that advised that the trial version would expire, which it subsequently has (I have been trawling your site for weeks and weeks trying to find an email or phone contact to get some assistance). Relucltantly, I am now typing this - and I suspect it will not help in the slightest! How do I change the color of font in a fillable form in Adobe Reader? How can I check if the writer of the document has given permission to edit color and not just add text? Please help! I'm technologically challenged.
Most forms (99% or more) are created for simple text input, where you cannot change anything.
The creator of the form could allow Rich Text input (which allows you to change font, text size, color, etc.), but frankly I have never seen such a form, and I wouldn't know how they look. But I'm sure they would show some kind of controls to alter the text appearance.
