I'm sorry, but your question is unclear.
iTunes Match can not be transfered between iTunes Store accounts. Also, an iOS device can only be associated with an iTunes Store account once every 90 days. There is no way around this.

miraculous...i downloaded quicktime player from apple website and then i run it.upon double click on this quick time player and then i double clicked on itunes...there comes an enry of itunes software...now i am completely enjoying my musics.photos in smart phone.

I understand you are not Apple but i was presuming that some logic or technical reason i miss was behind this.
I really do not see any logic business pratice. If i understand i can be agree or desagree but as minima i know the rules and why.
to sumarize...my story
my id was with XXX and i bought Itune match one year with this account and 4 device are conected with the same account.
on Ipad device i change my ID to YYY then .... because i need to update some apps and connect to itune match i came back to ID XXX then no problem to update apps but .... no way to come back to itune match.
.... no way to use itune match anyhow with Ipad and account XXX linked with account XXX. WHYYYY ??? no clue.

From your description above I conclude that the WiFi transmitter and receiver of your iPad appear to be working, but I abviously cannot tell how well they are working.
Have you reset your iPad already?

Did you look in the Applications folder for Calendar? If it is there, remove the item that is in the Dock and replace it by dragging the Calendar application to the Dock.
If it is not there, did you have iCal located somewhere other than the Applications folder when you upgraded?

You may use store credit to pay for your iTunes Match subscription, however a valid payment method must still be on file at the time of sign up.

You don't download it from the iTunes app. Read:

I try to update mt Itunes to 11.1.5 and it stops and i can not open itunes store without itunes crashing.

I can not update ITunes to 11.1.5 becasue it stops when it's almost done. Then I can not open the store and Itunes crashes and it tells me to update and ITunes closes. I'm nt very happy.

Errors occurred while installing the update. If the probalem persists choose Tools > Download Only and try installing manually.
With that one, first try updating using an iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe) installer file downloaded from the Apple website:

There are generic power adapters for use with old model Apple portables such as this http://eshop.macsales.com/item/NewerTech/APLPBI65W/ available online; a few of them out there may not have much of a guaranty or look like the original model.
Any new-stock look-alike would be a copy; some from Amazon affiliated stores may be OK. I have older Apple portables (G4) and had been on the look-out for spares, so I have at least two that I know work. These are harder to find in second hand or thrift stores now, and less likely to function. However, there is this support page about the original parts. While adapters such as the macsales model linked above should be OK...
Yet be sure to not get a Magsafe adapter, since the connector & power won't work. The older iBook G4 power adapter and PowerBook G4 units are fairly similar; but note the details below. A 45w adapter for early white iBook (G3) probably won't do when a later model wants at least 60w.
