I have 2 IDs. Can I swap IDs on my iphone / ipad?

I few years back I opened up an iTunes account, with Apple ID... [email protected] I purchased music on this account and more recently apps, etc. This is also the account I connect my iPhone and more recently my iPad to, to sync my music collection and photos, etc.
About a year or more ago I joined Mobile Me on a trial basis, but at the end of the trial period decided not to join. The Apple ID for this account was [email protected] This Apple ID is also used as an e-mail address, although I don't currently use it. I now of course realise I have ended up with two active IDs and Accounts, and both have iCloud storage facilities. In my iCloud settings on both mobile devices I have Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, Bookmarks, Photo Stream, Docs. and Data and Find My iPhone set to "ON". No problem with that, but when I try to switch Mail and Notes to "ON", I am asked to create a me.com email address. When I put in my existing [email protected] address it tells me it has been taken and to pick a new one. I am of course aware it has been taken, as it's been taken by me! The Apple ID associated with my iPhone and iPad is [email protected] I don't seem to be able to change this on either device. I would like to use my existing [email protected] email, as it would keep things simple for me. Is it possible to get around this issue? Is the way around this to swap IDs on my devices, i.e. swap my [email protected] ID to my [email protected] ID? If this is actually possible, would I then have problems syncing my devices to iTunes in my pc, because as mentioned earlier, the ID for this is set to [email protected] And would I loose all my purchased and non purchased music too? It's just all sooooooo confusing!
Any help with this would be so very much appreciated.

I personally removed elder versions without any problems. Sometimes I let them in a parallel mode, to see the differences.

You can't, all content that you download from the store is tied to the account that downloaded it, you can't merge accounts nor transfer content between them.

Could be because of flash player being needed.
If you tap on the video does a quicktime looking screen appear? If not I would suspect that it requires flash player. You could try checking the app store for a flash browser there are quite a few.

Yes, it's icloud's storage you will be expanding. All devices logged into an account will be able to use that storage.

All my photo's are on iCloud from an old iphone which I no longer have. How can I get these on my new iPad?

Hi, could someone help me recover my photo's please.
I took all the pic's of my kids using a works iPhone and uploaded them using photo stream. I am no longer with that company and don't have access to the phone. I can see the backup file in iCloud, but when I switch photo stream on with my new iPad, the pictures aren't downloading to it.
How do I do this please.

Photo Stream is a syncing service, not a storage service, so if your company deleted the photos from the phone they would also delete from the stream.
Photos are only available for 30 days, after which they "roll off" and are deleted. The backup file that you can see is not the Photo Stream, as this does not count towards your storage space.

Reinstalled software on mac pro, now can't sync mac pro, macbook, iphone, iPad. tried to rip a cd to iTunes, was told i didn't have access to itunes media folder or a folder inside it. i was directed to go to finder to deal with it. nothing helped.

I've had big problems since the reinstall. can't use past itunes purchases, can't share properly across my different devices. all my devices use the same login in id and password. still, my main computer - the mac pro, which i did the reinstall on - is treated like a stranger. it's a big hassle, because i'm use phone, macbook, and mac pro interchangeably. today i tried to rip a cd to itunes on the mac pro (where I have 500 gigs of music on one of the hard drives). i was told i dont have access to itunes media folder or a folder within it. to change permissions i should open the itunes media folder in the finder and change the permissions. i tried changing permissions (the box at the bottom of the info box), and had no luck.

You haven't been hacked, you just have problems with your system. What those problems might be I have no idea, as your posts are a bit rambling and unclear.
What I would recommend is to find a nearby Apple Store and take the time to bring your machine in to the Genius Bar there. (Make sure to make an appointment first!) You can do all this from the [Apple Retail Store page|http://www.apple.com/retail>. A Genius can look at the machine and help solve the problems. If your communication style and level of knowledge about computers makes it difficult to communicate with techs on the phone or internet, as it sounds like has been the case, this hands-on help could make all the difference.

I started a download of a Movie to rent on my iPad using a mobile hotspot. The HD version is taking longer to load than I have time. Can I stop the download to the iPad and rather downdoad a standard version to my Windows Vista machine?

I'm afraid since all of Apple's products are generally closed and un-openable, you cannot do this. I'm afraid you have to buy a new iPad unless you want to risk it - but risking it voids the warranty. Therefore, risking it is NOT a good option and is in no way a good thing to do.

On your iPhone go to Settings > Store.
Select the Apple ID at the bottom.
Select Sign Out at the menu selection provided.
Follow this by signing in with your new Apple ID/iTunes store account.
All apps - all paid and free apps include DRM protection which is tied to the iTunes account that was used to download the apps. In order to install an app update for the apps downloaded with your previous Apple ID/iTunes account, you will need to use that account and password.

Mail 4.5 can't access POP3 acct, but iPhone & iPad can

Apple Mail 4.5 stopped retrieving / sending for my POP3 (Yahoo business mail) account. However, my iPhone and iPad continued to work. Apple Mail will try and try to send/retrieve and then does one of the following:
Displays the little warning icon next to the account name in the Inbox. Double-clicking the icon displays "The server returned the error: The attempt to send data to the server “pop.bizmail.yahoo.com” failed."
Displays Enter Password for Account "Account Name".
I did not change my Apple Mail account preferences nor did I change my Yahoo mail credentials. The problem just started out of nowhere. I also have two other email accounts in Apple Mail (both Gmail) and have not experienced any issues.
I've tried the following without any luck:
In Apple Mail, verified settings matched the iPhone and iPad, including incoming/outgoing servers, password, authentication, SSL
Logged into Yahoo mail account using a browser and changed the password. Updated MBP, iPhone and iPad. iPhone and iPad work, MBP does not.
In Apple Mail, rebuilt the account (didn't appear to do anything)
Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Before I get started, doesn't a Yahoo business account offer IMAP access? If you are checking your account on multiple devices you might like IMAP. Perhaps you've explored that option and prefer POP. Just a thought.
Go to Mail > Quit Mail
Go into the program "Keychain Access".
Search for your email account by your email address within Keychain Access
Delete all references to your yahoo email account and the yahoo email servers both POP and SMTP.
Go the the Keychain Access Menu and Keychain First Aid > Repair
Quit Keychain Access
Launch Mail and check the POP account -- it should prompt for your password -- enter it and choose remember
If the issue persists at this point create a new user on your computer and see if this POP account can be checked there.

Can ATV2 stream directly from iMac/iPhone/iPad, w/o a wireless nework?

Out of curiosity, if I do not have a wireless network, or my wireless network is down, can I stream my itunes music files directly from an iMac, iPhone, or iPad directly to my ATV2 via Airplay, or must I have a wireless network established?
For example, we have a cabin in the mountains which does not have an internet connection, as none exists (outside of dial-up). As such, we do not have a wireless router because there is no need for one. Can I still stream music from my Macbook Pro, iPhone, or iPad to the ATV2, or must the ATV2 be connected to a wireless network?
If this is possible, how do I set it up?

You do not need an internet connection. I have no ethernet cable, and it is not necessary to have your iPhone tethered to the iMac. In fact, I use my ad-hoc network most of the time to stream only my iMovie projects, and iTunes, from my iMac to the ATV....with no connection to the internet. It's a stand-alone setup.
My ATV (1st generation, though...wonder if there is a difference here?) see's the network I created...with a strong signal. I'm about 30 feet away, and in a different room.
I have my ATV set up in iTunes to stream all movie content from my iMac.....(mainly slide shows created initially in iPhoto). As posted earlier, this has worked with no problem for about 3 years.
If I can provide additional info, please let me know. The only variable I see is ATV2...which may be significant....I'll provide screen shots if you think it's useful....

Now that iPhoto is disabled in ios8, I am viewing my photos in the Photo app, however I can't see how to view the geotag data in the Photo app.

Open the photos app and tap photos at the bottom of the screen. Tap the location for a map and the photos for dates. Without photos it's hard t explain so I included a link to the iPad User Guide for IOs 8.
