I have 2 iPads and neither are connecting to the store
We already have one ipad2 and have bought another - I have set these both up in my name and same payment details but using different apple IDs and passwords.... They were both working well this morning allowing FaceTime and app purchases but both have stopped working when trying to connect to the App Store. I have rebooted both and restarted the broadband router ( although I knew it could not be this as the android tablet we have was working fine and safari on the iPads were letting me connect to the net.) please advise?

If you are having WiFi problems it is necessary to isolate whether the problem is with your network or your iPad. Note: Do NOT consider your network to be blameless if some other devices can connect to it.
First, test your iPad on some other WiFi networks: a friends, Starbucks, Barnes & Noble, etc.
If it works well there then the problem is probably with your network. Try restarting your WiFi router by removing power for 30 seconds. If that does not help check for a firmware update for your router. If none exists which corrects the problem consider replacing the router.
If your iPad does not function well on other networks it possibly has a hardware problem. You could try Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings to see if that corrects the problem. If not, contact Apple Support or visit an Apple store for evaluation. They can provide a replacement if your iPad is bad.
If you need more help please give the make, model, and version of your WiFi router and how you have it configured. -

Since you give no clue as to what make/model/version WiFi router you are using or how you have it configured it's hard to comment.

I have download a video on my iPhone but want to watch it on my iPad which both are connected to the same iTunes account but it hasn't shared to my iPad !?? When I try to download on my iPad says I've already purchased and would I like to buy again ?
Movies are not part of the automatic downloads feature. Apps, music and books only.
If you live in the U.S. you can download many Movies again for free using the same Apple ID that you bought the movie with. If you do not live in the U.S, that feature is not available. Not all Movies are available at this time either.
You can transfer the movie to iTunes on your computer and then sync it to the iPad if you like. -
I have 4 iPads and one apple Id. Two the devices record clash of clans and dragonvale individually and the other two are tied to the other two. Drives my kids nuts. How do I fix this?
Also, I'd prefer to keep the same ID on both so I will keep access to my calendar/contacts/etc on both devices. Would I be able to share reminders and voice memos and the like as well? And how often would they update each other? If I edit a contact on the 5, and the 4 is in wifi, assuming they're both on my same ID, will the contact update on the 4?

cannot connect to Net, have done for last 12 months no problem, I have other apple products that are connecting to the same hub happily. The hub is seen and the signal is strong, it just doesn't connect. I have reset the network settings with no joy. Any help much appreciated?

You got it with that same apple id thing. You can use different apple id's, but then they will not sync. Apple does allow as many free apple id's as you want, but they are in the business to make money.

When you are in the US update your billing address on your account to be your US address (or create a new account with your US billing address) and the store's should then show the US and prices will be in dollars. Before you move there make sure that you have everything downloaded from the UK store (I'm assuming that you are here in the UK as you say pounds), and/or have copies of them in your computer's iTunes library or backup of your downloads/library, as whilst you are in the US you can only use the US store (you have to be in a country to use its store, including redownloading). -

I just purchased an AppleTV and am trying to connect AirPlay with my mac (2012 model) In 'system preferences > displays' an airplay menu is listed but it says 'no device detected'. My AppleTV and macbook are connected to the same network. Any suggestions why it is not working?
Troubleshoot the network as that is likely what is causing the issue.
Also, temporarily disable the firewall on the Mac and disable IPV6 on the computer. -
am unable to view any of m purchases via the Quick link 'Purchase' option. I do have an account and I am connect to the iTunes store.
Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.
You might also try signing out of itunes and back in (Settings App > itunes & App Store) -

Try changing the channel in use in case you're getting interference.
If you have WEP enabled on the Internet Sharing it'ss worth disabling it whilst troubleshooting the connectivity issues.

You don't mention the router model but some Thompson routers appear to have a problem working with Bonjour/mdns. There's some information here:

My iphone, ipad and itouch are not able to get into itunes store. It says cannot connect to itunes store.
This started happening when I had to change my apple user id to an email address. This is what has been causing problems with others. I called apple tech support & received help fixing it before, but it didn't permanently correct the problems. I had to go through all these steps that took over 45 minutes. Can't remember the steps so I will be on the phone with them again to try & resolve

Open Keychain Access in Utilities, use Keychain First Aid under the Keychain Menu item, then either check the Password under that item, change it, or delete it and start over. See if there are duplicates, should be one for Incoming & one for Outgoing.
